We booked this accommodation 6 months in advance only to have it cancelled on us three days before our stay. No reason was given. The hotel made no contact to arrange a refund. Phones were unresponsive when we tried to call. Extremely disappointing.

Very good for the price. The room was big enough with tv, air conditioned and full bathroom.

The location is the best. It is ideal for 2 or 3 days not more. It is clean but the rooms are quite small. Does not have breakfast nook.

Location (4 minutes from Fontana di Trevi) and staff friendliness 10. Perfect. Acceptable room with full bathroom and quiet. Impossible to get all that in Rome at a better price. Highly recommended.

It Is a budget hotel and it works in the same building where there are 2 more hotels, one per floor. It is very basic and old, the breakfast is very simple, but the staff is so friendly that it makes up for many flaws of the hotel.

Great location close to Trevi Fountain. Room is basic and needs upgrade however the place is clean. Elevator is tiny causing some difficulty with suitcases. The hallway needs improving as not level. Staff are nice and helpful. There is no free breakfast but they will provide a coffee and crossant for a fee.

Close to trevi fountain and piazza barbarini. Free Wi-Fi. Aircon in rooms. Secure. Breakfast needs improving. Its the only let down of this otherwise good accomodation.

We stayed here for a weekend and it was a brilliant base, it was really clean and tidy and the staff were really nice. I would stay here again and absolutely loved Rome.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Hotel Azzurra for a week and we loved the hotel. The management are really cool and were so helpful with so many great suggestions as to what to see and do. The rooms are a nice size. The place is not super fancy, but has an old school Italian charm to it that we loved. Regarding what another reviewer said about the slow elevator… If you're after the Ritz, I know they have very nice rooms there (and a fast elevator) but the last time I checked they are charging just a tiny bit more than the price of Hotel Azzurra. The bed was very comfortable and there is a cleaner everyday. There is a free espresso and pastry every morning to get your day started. For us a big selling point was the location… minutes walk to Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps, and a little bit of a walk for everything else to see in the City. We think it's a little gem of a place and will definitely be staying there our next trip to Rome (unless we win the lotto and then we will be staying at the Ritz. ) I hope this review is helpful.

Close to everything, staff is very nice and expectations were according to an hotel of this classification. Thanks to Neeraj in particular from the reception desk that was very helpful, they had a non predicted situation that was informed once we arrived but they resolved everything without any headaches or additional costs to us.

So far I like the hotel and the people are very nice. The management has helped me with anything I may need. And they make a good cup of cappuccino in the morning. I will update if anything else goes awry but right now I'm really enjoying this place. The location is amazing. You don't need a car you can walk everywhere. If you come here don't expect a 5 star hotel just a clean quiet and comfortable place.

Convenient to metro A to Barberini and close to downtown.

Poor hotel with terrible management. Falling apart — elevator consistently jolts you and gets stuck when going down and feels very unsafe. Breakfast was the worst that I had in Europe — the croissant tasted like something would get from a donut place in the US. Management was very unfriendly as well and ended up charging me an additional amount not included in my contract with them. The contract stated total price including all taxes and fees was an amount and they said there were additional fees not included — BEWARE.

Nice hotel rooms up to six people for families and groups of friends centrally convenient mini bar free internet I have stayed in this hotel twice in one year has changed everything, friendly staff 1 min from metro station barberini and 4 min. Trevi fountain via veneto spenish steps save taxiii… to local moving and also for airport good velue of your money.
