Great location for everything.

Impeccable dinner, everything was perfect. The new look of the structure is joyful, harmonious. A crazy job. The terrace of the restaurant has a breathtaking view. Chapeau!

We left this beautiful hotel yesterday with misty eyes and sadness in our hearts. We had the most wonderful stay from the warm and welcoming greeting at the front entrance by Mario to the final sincere hugs and good-byes we shared with staff upon our leaving. Our suite, which as an upgrade, was absolutely gorgeous, spotless and had THE MOST divine smell that I SO wish I could replicate in my home. The hotel's decor and ambience is incomparable as was the impeccable service. We will forever be grateful to Karla, her front desk colleague, Luigi, Massimomiliano, Mario, Marco and of course, the General Manager Lorenzo who personally greeted us and has a very generous spirit. Luigi and Mass gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, interesting historical facts about Roma and directions on how to navigate throughout the city. We have deemed them both ROCK STAR concierges! They were equally dignified and personable.
They have all left indelible imprints our souls and we will never, ever forget our experience and our special time there! We pray to return! Grazie mille per tutti!

The flair roof garden has the most beautiful view of Rome, the chef the manager and all the guys are fantastic, every time I go it is always a unique emotion. Grazieeeee.

The hotel is beautiful with great views. However, if you are a person of color I would suggest you try another hotel. We were never served at the resturant it was apparent that people of color were not welcomed. Imagine walking into the resturant and the Caucasian in front of you was greeted, seated and served coffee. And you were asked what room are you in (which was not asked to the person in front of you) and then seat and serving your self. I had to find coffee cups and refresh our own coffee as everyone around you received first class service. Imagine the rolling of the eyes and nasty looks while trying to enjoy your breakfast like everyone else. Pamela was one name I could remember that was the host that clearly took my skin color in offense. Imagine the front desk telling you there are no irons but you walk out of your hotel room and see the bellhop personally delivering a iron and ironing board to the room across from you.
It was almost as if the staff was shocked that we could afford to stay there and we didn’t belong. There is racism everywhere but I have never personally been a victim until now. I would never return to this Bristol which is unfortunate because the views were amazing but the service was less then par. However, if you are not a person of color you will receive phenomenal service and etiquette so there’s that.

Great hotel serious service very helpful staff and friendly.

Traveling as a family of 7 and occupying 3-rooms, the staff was highly receptive to our every request. The concierge, doorman, restaurant servers, et al, were exceptional. Conveniently located to the train station and walking distance to Vatican City, Colosseum, Pantheon and many other historic sites. We would highly recommend Sina Bernini Bristol with encouragement to take in the views, if not a cocktail, from the amazing rooftop lounge.

Excellent service, a very nice and clean hotel. The attention to the client is wonderful, warm, and very personal (always smiling). The food is fresh and tasty. The room is nice and clean I definitely recommend this hotel, it‘s everything you need!

Excellent stay. Room was beautiful. Great location for sightseeing and mass transit. Staff very helpful — Chiara at the desk made change for me out of her wallet, Fabrizio the waiter was attentive, Mario at the door took care of our bags and cabs… would definitely return.

A chic terrace overlooking Rome.

Just began our stay today so far the staff has been very professional and pleasant. The room is very comfortable.

This is an ideal location in Rome. It's just away from so much of the high traffic areas but close to the sights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice quaint, quiet and comfortable rooms.

Room was clean with good size bathroom for European standards. Pillows were not comfortable for my preference. Gym and jacuzzi free for guests' use. Hotel very conveniently located near major points of interest. The Fontana di Tritone in front of the hotel is a good example. It's a Bernini masterpiece. When in Rome, you'll hear the name Bernini a lot. Take notice of the three bees in some of the structures around Rome. That's Bernini's "signature". There's a restaurant at the topmost part of the hotel. Food was just ok. Could have used more flavor. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The nice thing about eating in restaurants located in hotels is that they don't charge you a sit down fee and for the use of napkins, utensils and the bread.

The food was great, but the size of our group was large and it felt they had some difficulty keeping up the service, so mistakes like not delivering all cutlery to all guests before a fresh course happened. None of it was too distracting though. I had a very pleasant time.

Fantastic hotel by European standards. Beautiful architecture set on a piazza with wonderful statues.

Central, cosy and refined Hotel just a few steps from Via Veneto and Piazza Barberini. Very elegant reception and really excellent breakfast. With all the comforts you expect for this category.

The entrance to the hotel is really beautiful. I recommend going to eat in the restaurant on the top floor and let yourself be distracted from the kitchen and the beautiful view of the terrace.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful square of a sublime city. I only stayed one night and my opinion may not be complete, I should try again.

A proper Roman icon. A bit of history in a central but not over touristy location.

Downtown Hotel. Five stars. Staff Comfortable bed, poorly positioned television and very small rooms for the level of the hotel. Although, of course, all tastefully decorated with antique furniture. Even the bathroom should be bigger. Noisy street, but great location.

Of this place we visited and only enjoyed the spa of the hotel. Definitely too old and shabby for a hotel that seems to want to be a top of the line. Very friendly staff and excellent massage.

This hotel let a conference take over all restaurants and bars. We were not even allowed into them. The conference also took up the whole lobby. The bathroom was so dark you couldn’t even put on make up there. The walks are incredibly thin! Someone was sneezing during the night & I was pretty sure they were in the bed with me! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Especially for its rooftop terrace restaurant.

Nicely appointed hotel in the center of Rome. Rooms are well decorated and staff is very accommodating. Included breakfast was amazing with foods from all over. Rooftop restaurant is okay but very expensive for average fare. Overall would recommend.

Well located luxurious hotel. The staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast has delicious options and available at good times, in a beautiful airy space. The room itself was impeccable, had its proper identity but all depends if you respond, or are simply not bothered like me, by this type of furnishing etc. Very quiet and excellent mattress and pillows. I would come back with no hesitation.

The restaurant was excellent, the food was amazingly delicious and the staff treated us with such great care. I highly recommend this restaraunt.

A great hotel steeped in history friendly and helpful staff, great location to visit historic places. Our room was great Numder 504 we could sit on the balcony looking over the city to our surprise the view of the Vatican was stunning.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The rooms of the hotel are nice but I had some issues with the bathroom. Also the staff is not genial enough keeping in mind the price you pay for this hotel. The location is one thing to cherish about this hotel.

The staff in the hotel is stealing money from guests rooms and the manager couldn't care less! Take care of your belongings if you are staying there!

The water pressure was low. The breakfast service did not meet the standard of 4 stars hotel. The servers were rude, impatient, and should be trained again.

The hotel was very good. We stayed in a room with a balcony on the second floor. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here when in Rome. Hotel service is excellent, location is ideal for visiting the surrounding attractions on foot. Outside the hotel, taxis, bus tours next. My mom, sister and I love living here.

The view is well worth the high prices of the restaurant of the hotel. To do if we're looking for a meal on the terrace of this highlight of the city with on your plate a selection of products of excellent provenance.

I was treated to a fantastic wedding! Fishing village. Great food and superb. Friendly, courteous, helpful staff! Not to mention the wonderful gift offered: the presidential suite! If you want to realize your dream of love there is nothing better in Rome! Thank you very much! Fabrizio and Maria Francesca.

Nothing particularly wrong with this hotel, but we had a long wait for check-in and impersonal service, plus the least exciting room (little more than a bed, and with drab linens) of our stay in Italy. Although it was easily the most affordable room we had, so everything is relative. It was well located near the Spanish Steps though, and had a nice view from the rooftop.

Apparently a 5+ star hotel — but barely warrants 2-3 stars. European hotels typically aren't spacious, but this one is. That, and the location of the hotel are what you pay for. Overpriced for an old hotel. The bathrooms were tiny, an adult man could barely stand in the "tub-shower", and it was also extremely slippery. In addition, the rooms were old, and EVERY SINGLE FLOOD smelt old, musty, and of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was over 30 Euros, and it was just O. K. They didn't have ketchup the whole time we were there, and they would barely replenish the water during breakfast. Service was poor. Wi-Fi only in main lobby, otherwise you need to pay for it, and no irons in room. I wouldn't recommend this place, but if you are looking for something walking distance to The Trevi Fountain and The Spanish Steps and close to other sights, this is a great location. Also found an excellent restaurant down the road that made the experience more pleasant.

Made a fantastic Roman getaway even more spectacular.
