Very clean room. We experienced an issue with adding an extra bed I the room as space was limited. We rectified the issue by moving the bed under the dressing table.

At first glance, the exterior of Surabaya River View Hotel may not fully reflect what you will actually experience inside. However, once you step in, the impression changes completely.

The hotel is very nice and cozy with strategic location, near to Boom Beach and Pantai Kelapa. In the evening, there are many street food vendors in the proximity.

Loved my room with a small terrace with views to the rice field. They have a cute little setup next to the pool to sit and chill with a book or a coffee.

I was two times stay at Harris Gubeng. Usually on Harris Satelit HR Muhammad.
1st time I choose Smart room, look like nice for the decoration, but. Too small for our family.

The staff at the reception were very comprehensive as they allowed us to stay in our room a little longer as we couldn't sleep during the night due to a nocturnal excursion.

Enjoying staying 1 night in La Lisa Hotel and staying for business trip. I like all the seats in lobby & in 4th floor which offer a 'home' vibe. Price is affordable.
