Midtown Residence Surabaya

We stayed at Midtown Residence Surabaya from 12th to 25th December, and our experience was truly excellent thanks to the outstanding staff and facilities. Ms Yuniar, Ms Citra, and Mr Doni were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. They were always welcoming and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their genuine care and teamwork really stood out. We would also like to give special recognition to Mr Reza, the housekeeper, who provided excellent service. The room was always spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. We also greatly appreciated the daily free complimentary service, the spacious and marvellous room, and the high standard of cleanliness throughout the residence. The food was delicious, with great quality and variety, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again for our next holiday and highly recommend Midtown Residence Surabaya to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and hospitality.

A great choice for a family stay! The hotel is in a strategic location in the heart of Surabaya. I booked a Fabulous Room type and got an absolutely fabulous city view from my room! All the staff are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended hotel to stay in Surabaya ❤️❤️❤️

I had a wonderful experience at Midtown Residence Surabaya. I received a warm welcome when I arrived. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. My room was spacious and comfortable with a dining table and a well-equiped kitchen. The amenities were also a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was a delightful experience with various options and excellent customer service. I would consider staying here again 😊

The customer service in this hotel is better suited to a 6 star luxury hotel, all the staff here are constantly smiling and so welcoming. Housekeeping, restaurant, reception even security staff just WOW amazing. I have been to 35 countries 79 cities and over 200 hotels. The service here is unmatched. The buffet breakfast is world class! Definitely coming back thank you so much!

Very Nice rooms and clean. Great staff. Drinking water provided but need to get from hallway and fill up jug. Mall next to it is dead and not many shops open. Location is okay but walking is tricky due to limited foot paths. Pool is on roof top with great views of city.

The hotel is strategically located, especially if you bring your own car as the parking is free. The rooms are large, the amenities are amazing, the facilities are great, such as a children swimming pool and a small infinity pool, a gym, a child playground, and a restaurant. The breakfast options are also great with a lot of variation. The cleanliness, however, can be further improved: one of the four pillow sheet is a bit dirty, and the AC can be further maintained as it is not as cool as we expect. The best thing, however, is the price as it is not that expensive, making this hotel a great value for money.

Overall services are great, ranging from room cleaning to the receptionist. Food are delicious but lack diversity. Changing the menu every day or twice is recomended. There are only two dimsum variations also the carbs only cycle between nasi goreng and carbonara and many more like sushi, gorengan.

Not even worth giving a rating. This was a time I’d rather erase from my Surabaya trip. The room was filled with shabby towels and reeked of cigarette smoke, making it impossible to sleep. It was my first time ever staying at a hotel without a refrigerator. As for the breakfast, there were plenty of options, but none of them tasted good.

Breakfast is great price for Singaporean is so reasonable staff are friendly and good services. Easy to go anywhere. Today I was served by Ayla, Aurel and Kiki they are friendly and very helpful. I fully recommend when you come alone or with family.

It was great to stay here. Cozy room, nice ambience. The breakfast also good enough.

Foods are good. Lovely place to visit when celebrating birhdays. My friends and I had a really great time here and we'll come back for sure. The atmosphere is nice. There's also varieties of music. What I love most is the grilled chicken wing and the dessert.

This hotel is a nightmare in both service and experience. It takes ages just to reschedule a booking, the lobby is dreary and moldy, and you're likely to get lost trying to find the hotel because there are no directional signs.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Worst experience. Got room with many cockroaches, the aircon flow directly hit body. The hot water only last for 5 minutes. Noise from near mosque. The plus only they serve quite varied of breakfasts and quite good taste for indonesian food. But still, big no for stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 days. This city view hotel provides comfortable room, bathroom, dining table, and kitchen. Swimming Pool is available at rooftop and open till 22.00. The staffs hotel are friendly and helpful. This hotel reduces the use of plastic bottle that's why water dispenser is available outside the room. Overall, I have worthy and comfortable staying.
