I read the review before book for a night. Yes the room and what's inside is old but for the price, there is nothing to complaint. Walkable to stasiun Malang. I had good experience with receptionists, they provide some leniencies during both check-in and check-out process, thank you.
I recommend every body try to stay this hotel. The Old Artistic Hotel bring we to remember Javanese Culture. Large rooms, good price, friendly staff, shady shades and traditionil furnitures is strong values in this hotel. Thank you.

Large high ceiling room with well maintained vintage funiture. An old heritage building with lots of antiques, artefacts, vintage furniture. Small bar selling soda & Bintang beers.
