The staff and their services are excellent, the buffet is delicious and clean, the rooms are good and clean, and the balcony is a beautiful size. It is a really wonderful hotel. I am not exaggerating.

Stayed here with family. House with 7 rooms. The hosts Gary and Irma are very welcoming, hospitable and responsive. The rooms are good and clean. Everything you need is available.

Yo, listen up! My stay at AIA Hotel in Old Tblisi was absolutely fire! This place has got all the good vibes and then some. The atmosphere was off the chain, making me feel right at home.

I and my Husband stayed for 6days/5nights with comfort, security and well warm welcome services. Mr. Zura as owner well so hands-on to his guest with all care for their concerns.

Nice stay in this hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Wifi is good, plug sockets on each side and a quiet AC unit.
