I was in Tbilisi for a week from October 6th. I stayed at this hotel. It's a wonderful, atmospheric place. Everything is imbued with local flavor. The host was friendly, welcoming, and hospitable.

The host were very polite and helpful. The food they cooked was good.

We stayed in this hotel for a family trip. Everything was perfect, even better than we could expect. Rooms are big and clean, bathroom has a great shower area.

We stayed at Phazisi Hotel at the beginning and end of our holiday in Georgia. We found the owners to be very kind and helpful.

The location is wonderful, but the most important thing is to follow the owner's video instructions! The cozy courtyard is just steps from the metro and bus stop.

Great location, clean and spacious room. There's a washing machine and a kitchen in the basement.
No microwave in the kitchen. There were coffee bags, but no tea.

We returned from Georgia yesterday. This is our second time staying at this hotel. The experience was fantastic!

Excellent hotel.
The owners are welcoming, always ready to help and accommodate guests.
The room is like new, perfectly clean and tidy. The bed and mattress are large and comfortable.

Clean rooms, consistent hot water, and has Wi-Fi. Hostess is polite and attentive. Location is good — gino paradise is nearby and chronicles of Georgia. No kitchen unfortunately.

Tbilisi Mare exceeded all my expectations. Just a short drive from the city, it feels like a completely different world — calm, green, and full of fresh air.

Amazing staff and they all speak English fluently! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and super cozy with homely vibes. I absolutely recommend it! Very clean and quiet too💜 Wi-Fi works perfectly!

The rooms are quite comfortable, the administrator is always in touch. Very comfortable bed. Check-in took place late in the evening, which was nice.

Excellent location, from here you can walk to any place of interest. The studio apartments are very small, be prepared for this. There is no closet, very inconvenient.

Spent 4 nights here in summer of 2024, had a private room with bathroom. The bed was a bit hard and the room design isn't the best but there is enough space for a couple.

Had a lovely stay here, host is super friendly the rooms and facilities are always clean. Super comfy beds. Comfortable couches in the common area. And in a very central location, Highly recommended!

A friendly hostess gave us a cozy room in her house. The house is 200 meters from the center. Cafes, shops nearby.

I booked the cheapest hotel for 2 days on the island. When we checked in, the hostess wanted us to pay extra, but at some point she changed her mind.
