Apart‑Hotels in Tbilisi RegionCondo Hotel

We stayed at Qstay Gratus and the experience was simply perfect!

Would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Arina. From the very first moment, she has been extremely kind, respectful, and highly professional.

We had the aparthotel booked for 3 days. The apartment was clean and fantastic. It was very modern.

Nice appartment hotel if you love to climb uphill. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff.

Very very nice rooms, the hotel is very pretty and well designed.
Stuff is great, nice and considerate.
The location is great.

A very different and beautiful place, but I expected more from the cafe.

Rustaveli Hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a truly memorable stay. ”
We had a truly wonderful stay at Rustaveli Hotel.

This hotel was everything it looked like online and even better in person. It was literally a few minutes away to every place I needed to be in Tblisi.

Next time I come back to Tbilisi — and I promised my mother to take her here) I will definitely stay here. Clean, bright, fresh rooms with a beautiful view. If you still doubt — do not doubt.

3 minutes to the metro station "300 Aragveli", direct bus from the house to the Airport!
Modern high-rise building — panoramic view of the city and mountains.
Spacious room with modern equipment.

It's excellent value for money. The founder is a nice person and very helpful.

Everything was perfect! Safety was never an issue as well. Take it from a girl traveling alone 🫶🏼 Andrei was helpful too. He always made sure you have everything you need before you even ask for it!

Everything was great. It looks as on photos. I enjoyed my stay. It was surprisingly quiet at night despite being in the center of the city and on bar street. Interior is pleasant, wood is everywhere.

Very good position, the host was very friendly and helpful! The room was ok, it had good air conditioning, the boiler and some pots and stovel to cook.

Its value for money. Its location is very good, close to the Opera, but with a steep climb. The host is approachable and friendly. The room is spacious with a large, comfortable bed. A/c.

Excellent apartment! Very quiet location. Nice and helpful staff.

Amazing place, amazing stuff, and great location! thank you so much, we enjoyed every moment.
Located on the main Rustaveli avenue, near the opera house and all the great museums and restaurants.

This is an amazing hidden jewel. You didn’t expect this level at the arrival. The place is inside of a really old building in the first floor without elevator.

The hotel is located near the metro station and the Avlabari bus stop. You need to walk literally 8-10 minutes up the hill. The number of rooms is small.

I really liked the hospitality of the hostess Iya. Clean and comfortable room. All amenities in the room. Plumbing and furniture are completely new. The bed linen is the whitest.

Thanks Nino! The apartments are super!
We are glad to visit this place again.

Excellent behavior from the owner of the house, but their English language is flawed.

Extremely cozy place, Beqa and Maya are such good hosts. The place is near the city center and the views are amazing at the terrace. I would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Very beautiful apartment!

Positive: cute one-room apartment with mini balcony with a great view, comfortable double bed, small fridge and small table with chairs plus AC. Super nice hostess!

Unsurpassed view of the city. There are all amenities. Very friendly owners. A 20-minute walk from the metro.
