I stayed at Swissôtel Tbilisi for my birthday, and I honestly had such a lovely experience from start to finish.

The Service: Incredible!
Management has done a fantastic job. Every staff member was polite, smiling and efficient.
The Vibe: Thoughtful design and well-planned rooms.
Food: Breakfast is amazing.

Thank you all staff of Marionn Hotel we had a very good stay in this hotel. The guy at the reception Kacka, very helpful, and friendly! Breakfast food is great, simple but healthy choices!

The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming, especially a guy named Kacha, who was super friendly and helpful.

One of the most beautiful stay ever❤️
At the heart of Tbilisi.
Awesome 👍

It’s 3-star but the rooms are well maintained like a 5-star hotel. Stayed 2 nights.
I stayed in a suite room, had a wonderful 2 way balcony with a great Mountain View.
Hygienic washroom.

Good food. Convenient location.
The room is very small. It has everything you need, but if you put a travel bag in it, there's no room left.

We stayed in early May. We are very grateful to all the staff. The hotel is in a wonderful location. But I'd especially like to say a few words about the girls who work there.

What a wonderful place! 😍
The staff are all super attentive and take care of every detail.
The room was perfect, the pool is great, and the restaurant is excellent.

The hotel has character and I loved my stay. The reception has one guy who is the most warm local guy we met. He cracks jokes and makes you feel lighter. The room was great, service was great too.

Very nice placse, clean and cozy, everything was perfect!

Very cozy, clean, new hotel. Excellent service, delicious food. The staff is especially pleasant and welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

Very nice people and the room is very clean also, they have a parking lot.

I highly recommend this budget hotel for guests who value quality, friendly service. Breakfasts are made with love and homemade, simple and understandable food.

Great experience with our stay. Rooms are very nice, property looks like a boutique hotel. Location is great, near and not too near to main attractions.

I was here on holiday from France, and this hotel is just as elegant and fancy as any other hotel in Paris.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed, making me feel at home from the

I've just returned from Georgia and feel the need to write a thankful review of the hotel. This is my second time in Georgia and my second time at this hotel. For many people it's an unobvious choice.

An incredibly welcoming hotel owner! We were simply waiting nearby for our car when he invited us in and showed us the wine cellar.

Wonderful hotel with very professional, friendly, and attentive staff who always made us feel welcome.

I booked a Superior Double Room at A4 Hotel, Tbilisi. The room was nice and large. Doors opened onto a Juliet type terrace. Two full length mirrors in room. Bathrobe and slippers provided.

Grate location and very clean silent hotel with reasonable price.

Great location very nice stuff the room was spotless clean hot water in the shower all the time.

I have been here for almost 4 days now. (Counting in tomorrow as well) It's been an amazing experience. The warmth of Georgian hospitality. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was kind.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located in the heart of Tbilisi, within walking distance of everything you might want to enjoy in the city.

Perfect location, easy accessible.
Staff was polite & helpfull,
I had issue with door lock, they sorted it out pretty quickly.

Im very impressed with their hospitality. Special thanks to Saba, the manager who went out of his way to help me retrieve my delayed luggage from the airport. Truly appreciated.

Stayed from Feb 21-25, 2026.
STAFF: all are Very accommodating and Kind and they are very nice to my daughter so thats a PLUS POINTS.
LOCATION: 100% near to tourist spots in the city.

First of all I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. It was very aesthetic and nice place. The breakfasts are not good in Tbilisi at all but the our breakfasts in this hotel were great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay!
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding — the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional.

Really nice. The ambience and feel is very as what you will see on pictures. Get to experience old typical georgian household. I really recommend it!

Amazing, when in Georgia, it a must to visit.

Great hotel!
The gym is the best in the area!
The stuff is terrific and very polite.
The breakfast is great and very tasty.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing from the moment I arrived.

My wife and I vacationed here in August. A very atmospheric and homely place. The staff is discreetly friendly.

I judge price and quality based on these criteria. The staff is mediocre, we didn’t see any kind of cordiality and emotion that we were happy to see us here. The rest is fine.

The hotel is amazing, offering a very unique experience. The reception staff are delightful and consistently cheerful. My only suggestion would be for the breakfast staff to perhaps smile a bit more.

The stays goes well although the room service is poor and the stairs is tiring everyday, but the location is great.
Even I rate the hotel 3stars.

Great value option for travellers within Tbilisi. Although far from city center, at least a sense of quiet away d the hustle & bustle.

Clean with modern rooms. Breakfast was disappointing and AC didn’t work in the room. Location is a bit far from the action, but it’s cost effective with Bolt.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything was excellent – the hotel itself, the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff.
The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

A very pleasant and comfortable place with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional, and the overall service is excellent.

The hotel is located in a park, close to the metro. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast kept me full until evening. The rooms are modest, but there is a refrigerator!

I stayed here for a few nights and I really enjoyed it. The hotel is located right in the middle of a beautiful park, so it feels calm and green, while still being close enough to explore the city.

We stayed for three nights at Ramada by Wyndham Tbilisi Old City in January, and the experience was excellent. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in very pleasant.

We booked a standard king room with balcony. Professional staff. Toiletries are provided. Everything was clean and nice. There are two swimming pools and a Jacuzzi and two different saunas.
