Inside location behind Opera on 2nd street. Quit place. Breakfast is poor. Tiny room. Welcome stuff. Reasonable price. Nearby the attractive tourist spots. Good to walk near. Safe.

Beautiful view from the 7th floor, kind staff, delicous breakfasts, comfortable room.

Friendly staff, good service and clean rooms.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. Positive-it's a restaurant on the 7th floor and live music (girl, sits and plays and not in the evening, and in the morning) it skrasilo shortcomings of the hotel.

The hotel is very stylish, pleasant. On the 7th floor there is a restaurant where live piano music is played every morning. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, every morning surprise with something new.
Minus noticed only 4:1) it is that practically in all rooms blows from windows, and blows strongly, especially when windy weather. 2) No adjustable air conditioning. Tried to adjust it from heating to cooling for about 20 minutes, the story ended in failure. 3) wrongly designed shower, which is why a lot of water flows from the stall on the floor, no towels are enough to remove all this water. 4) directly above the beds there is no lighting, especially it is noticeable in the rooms ending with a digit of 4. Which is sometimes annoying, because the table lamp is not always convenient.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was very good. However, the entire mini-bar is paid and checked. The lobby is in a beautiful interior. There is a lift.
The prices are reasonable, I would even say pleasant.
Stayed in this hotel 3 times, can only advise it, the impressions are mostly positive, especially considering that the hotel has a convenient location, close to Rustaveli Street, near the theater, not far from the Freedom Square and the old City.

The room was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, water always brought. Double glazing in Windows is not hermetic. The location is great.

The place is good, the rooms clean and well maintained. The food is quite good as well. The location is perfect. Our main concern was the staff. They say one thing then they later on put it down to misunderstanding so they can charge you higher. Difficult to communicate with them and not very friendly staff at reception. All of them sitting there with a grumpy face, no smiles, unwilling to assist from the time of check-in. They gave our room access to another guest and they walked in while we were still in there. So did their own staff — walked into our room because of the so called misunderstanding while we were taking a nap. All in all an OK experience but never had anyone barge into our rooms before, while we were still in it, wherever we have stayed before this. So that's something to consider.

I The room layout, design and ambience was fantastic. I had a comfortable stay with amazing view & breakfast.

Small boutique hotel with 30 rooms They gave us rooms &405, the rooms had column in the middle separating the two beds, we asked to change the rooms and they said these are their standard twins rooms The Breakfast was poor with limited choice The hotel claims it's a 4 star hotel, I wouldn't give it more than 2 stars.

Clean but there's bugs in the room they need to take care of that issue.
