Cheap Hotels in Tbilisi Region

HThe hotel is located in a quiet side street, not far from the Avlabari metro station. The rooms are ordinary and have everything you need. Very friendly service from the hotel owners.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in a very great spot of city center of Tblisi with great welcome of Georgian family. This hotel is very clean and safe.

Location is center Tbilisi, 15 minutes walking from liberty square but hilly, enough bathroom and clean.

We arrived in Tbilisi on a Sunday night without a reservation and found this hotel while walking around the center.

Very lovely and cozy rooms in the center of the Rustaveli Avenue. Vary good price, Highly recommended!

Firstly, the place was clean and calm. Its not in the city but not far from it. Its more like a homestay. So overall the stay was easygoing. And ofcourse worth the price.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was served every morning and fresh. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Its location is very accessible and safe. Lovely weather too…

Nice hotel with a good location, just 10 minutes from the city centre.
There is also a small cafe inside, serving traditional Georgian dishes.

Hotel owners was very friendly, helpful and generous, drink's was very good. Good for familys and couples, definitely worth all the pennies.

Nice hotel in the old town in a renovated old building. Perfect location for a Tbilisi visit. The rooms are small but functional. Small swimming pool outside. It looks bigger on photos.

We visited Tbilisi in Sept 2021 and stayed at the Old Tbilisi rooms. We had a 1 bed apt, the apartment had mini fridge an additional sofa bed and a piano and an open terrace and a balcony.

I strongly recommend Old Tbilisi Rooms 38. The hotel is well-located, so you will be able to easily reach all the main tourist destinations.
