A lovely little hotel in a great location in the old town, with reasonable prices. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious.

A very cozy, clean little hotel in the heart of the Old Town. All the sights and entertainment are within walking distance. The hostess is very pleasant and attentive.

It’s difficult to find a reception, but the apartment hotel is at the highest level, life hack: it’s easier to take the elevator to the 5th floor and go down than to the 4th floor and go up)

We stayed in December 22. We got a good discount for accommodation. The price/quality ratio was very satisfactory. Cleaning is responsible, rooms are comfortable, staff is friendly and attentive.

Excellent hotel! Cozy and clean rooms, nice and kind owner who makes concessions and allowed to wash clothes for a long stay. The price-quality ratio is great.

We stayed here for 1 night because the other lodging that we had booked fell through. This is a very nice hotel. It looked like it was a converted flat, but the remodel was done first class.

The best thing is the staff. Manoli os amazing. Is not a luxury hotel for the prize that it has but the good vibes are great.

We rested in this hotel with my husband in August 2023 and are in a hurry to leave a review. We would like to note the responsiveness and hospitality of the hotel owner himself.

Exceptional stay. That is not my first stay and for sure not the last. And it’s amazing that the hotel keeps on getting better.

We had a cozy and amazing stay here. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is great and assures privacy and a quiet environment.

Great service, the host cooked us breakfast and was very kind and talkative, location is great since it’s close to sightseeings and restaurants (I recommend the Khinkali Bar No1 and Kneina).

The nicest people you’ll ever meet. Huge breakfast and great spot to stay, right in the middle of the old town. The view from the rooftop is amazing.

The city of Tbilisi is one of the most wonderful Georgian places that is worth visiting because of its ancient and modern Tbilisi civilization, which tourists visit when visiting Georgia.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic — IA the boss and manager Marayam and the whole family are a pleasure to deal with. They really helped us and were polite and friendly.

It was nice stay at gsg hotel. Staff were very professional, polite and very helpful.
Breakfast was healthy as well and nice.

The hotel is located in the old part of the town so it's great for exploring the city and having a wide selection of restaurants. It's located in a quiet street so it's good to have a proper sleep.

Great place, very tasty, attentive staff, good service. We ordered Khachapuri on skewers, pork shish kebab, trout and various appetizers, we liked everything.

I am rating based on the food we ordered home with wolt, just amazing. Pork ribs were perfect, the kharcho soup amazing. All the food came hot and fresh.

There are shops and cafes nearby the hotel. We arrived late but were able to have dinner without any problems.

My husband and I have stayed at the Heyvany for 2 nights in September 2019. 


The room was nice, air conditioned with all basic needs. Comfortable bed. Water pressure, hot water — all fine.

Very polite staff. The woman at the registration desk greets you with a smile. The hotel is old. Needs renovation. In some rooms the toilet doors do not work. The hotel is barely worthy of 3 stars.

Breakfast is simple but you can have something to eat. We wanted to take apples with us, which are included in the price of breakfast.

Normal hotel, convenient location. You can spend the night.

Many thanks to Zurab, the entire staff makes a pleasant impression, polite and calm. This is my second time staying here. Disadvantages: noisy, low sound insulation.
