Tbilisi Region Hotels

We lived there for two days. Everything is clean, tidy, shower and toilet are crystal clean. The hostess is friendly.

It's a very nice place, and if ur into budget it's a good place and affordable.

The hotel is located near the metro station and the Avlabari bus stop. You need to walk literally 8-10 minutes up the hill. The number of rooms is small.

I really liked the hospitality of the hostess Iya. Clean and comfortable room. All amenities in the room. Plumbing and furniture are completely new. The bed linen is the whitest.

Great little hotel, nice breakfast, great location. Lena is an excellent host who is very attentive to the needs of her guests.

A cozy, atmospheric hotel within walking distance of the main attractions of the old city. Clean rooms. Good breakfasts.
Minus — there is really little furniture.

Spacious comfortable apartment in old city 2 minute walk from Sulphur baths. Great location.

The large bad was quite uncomfortable but the room was looking good. Good atmosphere.

There are shops and cafes nearby the hotel. We arrived late but were able to have dinner without any problems.

Nice hotel with a good location, just 10 minutes from the city centre.
There is also a small cafe inside, serving traditional Georgian dishes.

Hotel owners was very friendly, helpful and generous, drink's was very good. Good for familys and couples, definitely worth all the pennies.

Nice and cosy hotel. We stayed for two nights in deluxe double room with balcony. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good, free parking available.

This is my second time for me. It’s my best experience for this hotel.
My first visit 2 years ago and now.
Mom Ana is very friendly. I love her breakfast and 😍😍
I love this hotel.
Very very clean.

I booked a hotel for my parents for the New Year.
They didn't just like it, THEY WERE TRULY DECITED! From everything — the cleanest rooms, incredibly convenient location! JUST GREAT SERVICE!

Very reasonable price, the hotel is ran by a family business and the location is close to the metro station.

Arriving in Tbilisi with my family, we stayed at the M9 hotel. I really liked the hotel.

Very careful staff. They care like a family member.

Best hotel apartment in tbilisi with affordable rate and in few minutes drive from the old tbilisi.

Most perfect hotel ever I stayed.
Cleanest and organised 💕

Staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a warm welcome. Rooms are clean and well equipped, location added immense convenience. Worth staying!

I accidentally came across a free room, because… the previous hotel was not satisfactory. Everything here is generally good: the room is clean, quite spacious. There is a shared kitchen.

Very clean, modern, with a fair price. Wi-Fi internet speed is very good.

The cleanest hostel in Tbilisi, don't look for a cleaner one, I definitely recommend it 👏

Extraordinary hostel in an atmospheric old building that has been beautifully renovated. The dorms are airy and spacious. Nice common areas and balconies. Kitchen facilities too.

The place feels like a boutique ultra chic hôtel! It is super beautiful, the design, colors, and environment are top notch.

Owner is super cool and is managing the property well. The main thing with humid summer coming the AC is nice and the guest in my room are clean and tidy.
Would recommend.

Inexpensive, comfortable, cozy hostel. The area is very convenient for walking around the city. Great admin.

Great place. They just need to send the codes faster. Checkout 11am but can't check in till after 3 and can still get codes after 3. So if you don't have data your In trouble.

Epicenter of Tbilisi, nicely organize place, around the corner to Marjanishvili underground station and David Aghmasheneveli street. Spacey room and big nice, clean bathroom. Pet-friendly.

Cosy rooms and warm hospitality!
Liked · The place is great! Rooms are clean, warm and tidy. VEEEERYYY comfy bed!

There was no water in the room to make tea/coffee. We had to go to the common kitchen to get water from a tap. Was not sure if the water was safe for drinking, so ended up not using it.

The rooms are large and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel is modern and offers great views from the windows, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

We only stayed one night in this hotel but it was right in the center, in a very convenient location, close to the old city and Freedom Square, it also had a small car park that we were able to book.

It was a perfect stay with great location and helpful staff. Except for the breakfast which was incredibly awful and poor, other stuff was satisfactory and pleasant.

We did a trip from Munich to Salzburg Austria with Radius tours. It was a great experience. The guide (German Mark) was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

Incredibly polite host ❤️ The hotel is in an accessible location, close to the cable car. Thank you so much for your hospitality 🥰

Clean, great location, very good price = perfect.

Excellent experience! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with well-maintained rooms. Although the room was a bit small, it was very warm and spotless.

Walking into the hotel in the night was pretty glum but the mornings were so much better. Hot water, good breakfast and clean towels, its a humble bnb and good enough to stay a couple of nights.

The view only good and the location that’s way I give 5 🌟

The property is at the most perfect location. Our room no was 102 which was facing the river and road and it was just perfect. Our stay was 27th to 31st May.
