The place is great! My wife and I stayed in that hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is very stylish and clean. The service is great. Rooms are cleaned very thoroughly on the daily basis. The reception is nice looking. The stuff at the reception is always nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and good looking, with visible signs of repair though. Air conditioning works well. However the sound proof is not good and if you have loud neighbors there is high chance you will hear them. Wi-Fi is firm everywhere is hotel including terraces on the 5th floor. Breakfast are awesome! Huge variety os food from traditional Georgian to European. Fruits are fresh.

A very stylish hotel with great views. A bit hard to get to, but that's the price for the great view ;) Watch out! A cancelation fee! We had to cancel one room out of two, and got only some of the money back even if we canceled a couple days in advance. Try to avoid the first floor — by far the least cozy. In room 101 the ventilation brings you cigarette smell every time the personnel smoke somewhere outside right by the ventilation outlet. It smelt as if someone was smoking right in your bathroom.

The staff were very nice. It has a great view with good breakfast. Its easy to walk to city center but hard to go back walking since its on a slope.

Hi Actually it's one of very good hotel from med to high range it's class and simple sane time it has best staff ever very helpful very friendly and the location is fantastic yes but you need to walk around 12 minutes to city center.

I was there on 20-21 Oct, 17 and I got the best room in this hotel 404 that very huge room also very nght view from the balcony …

Lettle far from services spots but very nice place, clean, good resturand, good staff, big room size, during my trip in that country, this is the best hotel, I tried 5 stars hotels in other places but it was very bad, thanks for that nice hotel.

A perfect place for accommodation during the holiday in Tbilisi, limited number of rooms, the rooms are clean, great view overseeing the city, most of the rooms have nice view and large windows. The staff are friendly.

Prekrasnii hotel I restoranchik.

Nice, clean, friendly staff, car parking, our room was big and spacious. Breakfast is located at the roof with a nice view. But its not close to the city and you should order taxi if you want to move, we had our car so it was okay.
