What a lovely hotel!
Located in the heart of the pedestrian area of Old Tbilisi, this hotel has a wonderful atmosphere.

It was really unique experienced to stay there for me and my father. All staff was really nice, helpfull and cherrfull. If there is anything they can do, they don't hesitate to help.

Great stay at KMM Hotel. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and the location is very convenient. Good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay—not only because of the clean rooms and excellent Wi-Fi, great breakfast place with panoramic view of the city, but also because of dedicated, and very accommodating staff.

George and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel feels very homey and from the moment we arrived even if it was already late they still greeted us with wine and food.

Great hotel, perfectly located. The staff is so nice. I had an medical emergency and they helped me a lot to get the medicaments and event went for me to the pharmacy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brim hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience!

Location and employees are fine but our room was small and cold. Also there are no carpet or rug in our room therefore meanwhile Tiflis was cold our room was cooler.

I had a fantastic experience at Graf Hotel Tbilisi.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a perfect location — everything is close by, including restaurants, shops, and the main attractions in Tbilisi.

The owner of the hotel with a good sense of humor easily discussed all the issues of interest. The room is clean, tidy, somewhat shabby, but not critical.

Friendly and warm environment, stayed for 5 days and never face an issue at all. All the basic things you need is available. I would recommend this place definitely.

The room was nice but the sink drain had a missing part and wasn't fixed. The service was kind and nice but not professional. The location is OK but the hotel is on a hill and you need to climb up.

We stayed Dec 30 — Jan 1st. It was. Very busy in Tblisi, but going home to Mariam R made our short vacation in Georgia comfortable.

The hotel is manged by a very sweet couple. They were very welcoming from the first day.

It’s very central and the room is comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful — little English spoken. The walls are thin (or zero soundproof) so we could hear people talking near the front desk.

This is a beautiful hotel in a good location (not too central, but within walking distance from the city centre).

We stayed here twice during our trip — three nights at the beginning (Deluxe Family Room) and one night at the end (Regular Family Room).
