Great value option for travellers within Tbilisi. Although far from city center, at least a sense of quiet away d the hustle & bustle.

Clean with modern rooms. Breakfast was disappointing and AC didn’t work in the room. Location is a bit far from the action, but it’s cost effective with Bolt.

I've just returned from Georgia and feel the need to write a thankful review of the hotel. This is my second time in Georgia and my second time at this hotel. For many people it's an unobvious choice.

Small room but has everything you need.

I felt so comfortable whole time I was there, cozy, clean and warm place with perfect service from stuff.

Hotel is new, and was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was acceptable.

A brand new and modern hotel, about 10 minutes by car away from the city centre. All the staff members are so kind and helpful with the clients, giving all the needed information.

Great service. The reception guy, Sandro, goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Big rooms, very clean.

I stayed at splinded 3 nights, which was so nice. Service is great, staffed are nice, so hospitable, and honest.

Even though we arrived in Tbilisi early in the morning, thanks to their flexibility with the check-in time, we were able to go to our hotel and rest.

The hotel exceptionally clean and well maintained, creating a great first impression.

We booked rooms for a big group of people (15) to have an event in Shota Boutique's meeting room, and we enjoyed our stay a great deal.

Cozy hotel room is normal have refrigerator and TV and dinning table. Have daily cleaning. Staff friendly but speak English not well. Hotel have elevator and don’t have parking.

Near the President's Palace and The Holy Trinity Cathedral. Close to the city. Quiet and peaceful place.

But all things are good for me. Have the table for working, small balcony, good view and warm room.

Everything was prefect, everything was great. Everything was clean. There is a Wi-Fi. But cant bring friends in peace the reception will give you a side eye.

The rooms are clean, not brand new, but the furniture and equipment are in good condition.

We returned from Georgia yesterday. This is our second time staying at this hotel. The experience was fantastic!

Excellent hotel.
The owners are welcoming, always ready to help and accommodate guests.
The room is like new, perfectly clean and tidy. The bed and mattress are large and comfortable.

The room is large, with one king-size bed, a small balcony, and a decent bathroom with a shower, though the water pressure isn't very strong. It's close to the old town, just 20 minutes away.

Come to the hotel. You will be satisfied. Very good location.

Very good, very peaceful and best services with quantity performance. All staff are very cooperative and very friendly. Further located in heart of walking street with all facilities.

Excellent location, from here you can walk to any place of interest. The studio apartments are very small, be prepared for this. There is no closet, very inconvenient.

Location and view is the greatest!
Some rooms need more attention to details and repairing/renovating.

Nice hotel, the showers put water all over the washroom floors, but otherwise everything is good. Nice location where most of the main attractions are within a short walk.

I stayed for 7 days at Tbilisi Hotel Livin, and it was a wonderful experience. The hospitality was truly amazing, and the staff treated me very well throughout my stay.

Good hotel with helpful staff. The rooms are a bit compact but still manageable. Breakfast is fine, though the selection is limited.
