Tbilisi Region Hotels

Amazing place! Visiting for the second time. Friendly staff. Silent place. Beautiful view of Tbilisi city 😍
Have their own co-working where you can sit and work in peace.

Great hotel. Air conditioning works well. It’s a quiet place and rooms seem to be pretty sound proof. Breakfast was great.

Great place, very tasty, attentive staff, good service. We ordered Khachapuri on skewers, pork shish kebab, trout and various appetizers, we liked everything.

I am rating based on the food we ordered home with wolt, just amazing. Pork ribs were perfect, the kharcho soup amazing. All the food came hot and fresh.

A very nice hotel, not far from the city centre. The staff were really nice and friendly.

Hands-down the best gym in any hotel I've been to. Other than that, rooms and breakfast were good. ZP — Zaza Pachulia 🔥

Spent 4 nights here in summer of 2024, had a private room with bathroom. The bed was a bit hard and the room design isn't the best but there is enough space for a couple.

Had a lovely stay here, host is super friendly the rooms and facilities are always clean. Super comfy beds. Comfortable couches in the common area. And in a very central location, Highly recommended!

I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, truly the best feature of our experience. However, the breakfasts were disappointing, offering the same items every day.

Really good 3 star hotel in the center of town! Grateful for Mikhail for helping me checked in at around 5AM. Beds pretty comfy and everything super clean. Would recommend for any stay in Tbilisi!

Good experience clean room missing kitchen but all over is good.

Excellent host and decent and clean place to stay. It’s requires a climb.

This 17 rooms five star hotel is very well located right in the centre of Tbilisi.

I stayed at The Theory Hotel in Tbilisi during my trip to Georgia, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Nice room, clean and spacious bathroom.
Recommended.

Beautiful and quiet place. And a very convenient location and close to the center. 👍🏻🇮🇶🇫🇮

We have stayed only two nights in this hotel but good very nice experience of stsying.

We really love our room with big terrace and best view of old tbilisi. They have best breakfast in the morning from 9-11. Nice staffs.

A friendly hostess gave us a cozy room in her house. The house is 200 meters from the center. Cafes, shops nearby.

I booked the cheapest hotel for 2 days on the island. When we checked in, the hostess wanted us to pay extra, but at some point she changed her mind.

Hotel is bit far from the main attractions. Calm and quiet place. But metro station is at a walkable distance and metro will take to Avlabari metro station.

Thanks, appreciation and respect to you for the good hosting at the Ivrea Hotel. The place and location are excellent and very quiet.

Great guesthouse (it is not really a hotel) in a lovely quiet location. The women who run it speak limited English but are very kind and prepare great breakfasts.

Great service, the host cooked us breakfast and was very kind and talkative, location is great since it’s close to sightseeings and restaurants (I recommend the Khinkali Bar No1 and Kneina).

Fantastic stay. Spotless rooms, super comfortable, and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was smooth, calm, and well organized. Great location and excellent value.

We recently returned from Georgia, where we stayed at the Historic Apartments "1868 Tbilisi" and were absolutely delighted!
We stayed for two weeks over the New Year's holidays.

Pleasant Stay with Great Breakfast & Convenient Location.
We recently had a wonderful stay in Georgia. The rooms were clean and tidy, offering great value for the price (for 90GEL with breakfast).

Clean room and washroom, comfortable stay. Reasonable price.

Exceptional stay! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the location is unbeatable. Highly recommended! "

We stayed at this hotel last week. We booked it at the last minute after arriving in Tbilisi. The host quickly arranged a room for our family of five and even gave us a discount.

I had a wonderful stay at Tamarisi hotel in Tbilisi in August 2025. Tamara, the owner of the hotel, is a wonderful woman whose family lived in the same building for centuries.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming little hotel in Old Tbilisi! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home.

We lived from August 17 to 20. Very welcoming and customer-oriented owner. There is everything you need and even more. Home atmosphere, lots of space, beautiful views, fully equipped kitchen.

A wonderful hotel, literally "like home". The trip left only positive impressions.
Cozy atmosphere, wonderful view, I won't even mention the beautiful garden and charming dogs.

The hotel's location is fantastic; you're right in the heart of the city!

Staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay. My phone cord charger broke and one of the members of the team leant me his charger on several occasions!

Normal hotel, convenient location. You can spend the night.

Many thanks to Zurab, the entire staff makes a pleasant impression, polite and calm. This is my second time staying here. Disadvantages: noisy, low sound insulation.

Conveniently located! Very cool — 1st floor where the turtle lives, very cozy.

Hotel employees who are as friendly as possible to guests.
The location is very convenient.
The hotel fully met expectations.

Very clean, nicely designed hotel. Reasonable price for its location. The bathroom was a bit cooler than the room. But overall we would definitely stay here again next time in Tblisi.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing stay at The Twenties Tbilisi!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel — it’s located very close to the city center, making it super convenient for exploring Tbilisi.

Good food. Convenient location.
The room is very small. It has everything you need, but if you put a travel bag in it, there's no room left.

We stayed in early May. We are very grateful to all the staff. The hotel is in a wonderful location. But I'd especially like to say a few words about the girls who work there.
