Don't be fooled by the reviews. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms and bathroom have been completely renovated and are spotless, with everything you need. The breakfast is clean and adequate.

The hotel is great. Everything is clean, the layout is unusual, but we liked it. The room is cozy, has a balcony, a kettle, and enough sockets.

Kind owner and made breakfast for us everyday the quantity was so much it was enough for 6 people and more.

This hotel is very centrally located, yet still feels like it's out of the way. It's a short walk from everything you'd like to visit in central Tbilisi.

It’s located right beside St. Mary Assumption Catholic Church, 2 min far away from liberty square. All the souvenirs shops, restaurants even disco are nearby.

A brand new and modern hotel, about 10 minutes by car away from the city centre. All the staff members are so kind and helpful with the clients, giving all the needed information.

The hotel is in a good location, near the metro and transport hub. There is a 24-hour kiosk and a shopping mall nearby. Breakfast is simple and tasty, like homemade food.

We visited Tbilisi in Sept 2021 and stayed at the Old Tbilisi rooms. We had a 1 bed apt, the apartment had mini fridge an additional sofa bed and a piano and an open terrace and a balcony.

I strongly recommend Old Tbilisi Rooms 38. The hotel is well-located, so you will be able to easily reach all the main tourist destinations.

Had such a wonderful stay at Artizan Hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed, stylish, cosy, and full of character, with so much attention to detail throughout.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfectly located in an accessible part of Tbilisi. Its location allowed us to enjoy peaceful walks in a nearby park and easily reach key tourist destinations.

Tidy, clean well organizated hotel with all equipment like:iron, ironing board, hairdryer, safe, cordless kettle and even extra bathrobes and slippers. Spacious room, bathroom.

The location of the hotel is good. Rooms are clean. Employees of hotel are very helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Located right on Kote Afkhazi and near Meidan square which may get really loud at night time. During our stay the music didn't stop until 1am.

Tbilisi Mare exceeded all my expectations. Just a short drive from the city, it feels like a completely different world — calm, green, and full of fresh air.

Our recent 3-night stay at Green Inn Tbilisi was nothing short of exceptional.

Cozy hotel room is normal have refrigerator and TV and dinning table. Have daily cleaning. Staff friendly but speak English not well. Hotel have elevator and don’t have parking.

Loved staying at this hotel ther breakfast was amazing so was the service the room was very clean and surprisingly they even had a bidet in the toilet which was amazing.

This hotel sd use the restaurant (6th floor) for breakfast, other than the ground floor w/ no windows at all.
In the room, TV isnt easy to connect to the channels.

Hotel is bit far from the main attractions. Calm and quiet place. But metro station is at a walkable distance and metro will take to Avlabari metro station.
