I ve got amonth pass to the spa and its is pèrfect. Clean, cosy, every detail is arranged in a very smart way. Helpfull staff. The view from the spa on 18th floor is amazing. You can swim in the pool and enjoy the Mtatsminda mountain right infront of your eyes. Gym is small but neat. They have robes, towels and slippers. Love that the saunas are separate for men and women. Overall the best place to relax.

Hotel has a very friendly and helpful personnel — the real asset of any company.

Filini Is a Total Flop, DON’T Bother Eating There I’m very surprised for a bad restaurant to be associated with a prestigious name like the Radisson Blu which is harboring this terrible excuse of a restaurant. It is a great hotel at the centre of Tbilisi! Amazing reception, warm ambiance that make you to wish to come back again to this place!

Cafe has Very dirty toilet. If somewhere has dirty toilets kitchen also dirty. It means cleaners are not working properly.

Unfriendly staff, Hotel is almost empty, yet we couldn't check in 10 hrs.

Very clean and luxurious staff were all very helpful and spoke or can understand English has a bank and restaurant inside.

The staff is professional and hospitable and very nice to be around. Business class rooms are great.

We unexpectedly had complicated travel circumstances. The staff helped us solve all of them in a way that I can only interpret as the perfect mix of legendary Georgia hospitality and Radisson’s Yes We Can philosophy. They were exceptionally supportive and child-friendly. Thank you to the staff!

Their sushi restaurant is very good but other restaurants are just average. Never stayed their but have eaten breakfast and its quality does not meet it's price.

It's a great hotel. He keeps his brand. Stayed here and in Batumi. He was in business ruum gorgeous. No complaints, clean, comfortable, there is entertainment.

In typical Radison style, this hotel meets your needs in every way. Breakfast is offered daily with a huge selection of delicious treats. There are also 2 other restaurants, Italian and Oriental if your tastebuds feel like something alternative. There is a terrace overlooking lovely views providing a great ambience day or night. There is a swimming pool which is great for visitors with children.

Its great with excellent service, but a little hard to justify such steep prices with little to nothing extraordinary on offer. Especially considering the competition charges far far less. But, they have good food for high prices and its fresh and modern.

The water there is very expensive 7 lari for what? Out is just 50 tetri and also swimming pool is very deep what about people who dont know how to swim Its-not for everybody.

Arrived 4:30 am after long flight and asked if I could check in early as an accommodation. “Lady” at front desk first stated that hotel was completely booked — which I guess might be true. BUT she went beyond that and said that even if a room opened and become fully cleaned and available later morning (not right then), she would still bill me for a half day. And, was sort of rude and officious about it. Why? Because “what if everyone else started to arrive early? ” I travel the world for business and there is no doubt that Hyatt and Sheraton have better facilities and are much more flexible and kind to weary corporate stiffs like me. Not once have I been given a hard time receiving a room a few hours early if one happens to open up. Here at the Radisson Blu Tbilisi the communist mentality lives on. Bleech. Plus, there were serious maintenance issues. The couch at the front is soiled and stained. With dark circles of some liquid on it. Gross.

Very nice local and very good food.

First impression, because I arrived in the evening, OK. You'll see. Day two. The hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly. The Food is delicious. Great buffet, the choice is good. Day three. Everything is wonderful, the restaurant is good. There is no need to speak more, all individually. I liked it.

We had a conference and were very pleased: good conference rooms, convenient location.
Loved the bar on the 18th floor with a lovely view of the city.
A Few participants lived in the hotel, the rooms liked and the service too.

Probably the worst Radisson I have ever been to. Not very clean. Service passable. Security guys in the lobby disgusting. I am happy I did not stay there longer. Only good thing about the hotel was the location. But again very shady and dangerous, because of the casino in close proximity.

Good location, close to a very busy street downtown Tbilisi. Casino attached — so it's lively during day and night. Spacious room, but amenities and cleanliness are not 5stars. We checked in after failing to fly back to Dubai after spending 3 beautiful days in Tbilisi. So I might has bias, but we don't like a very busy Rustaveli — so I would also compare it to our earlier nicer, quieter neighborhood hotel. But overall it was a nice quick stay. We have to leave very early at 3am — and they arranged us an outside, decent, fair-priced taxi to the airport.

The terrace is a wonderful, with beautiful views, warm elegant pledami in a cool evening, a wonderful mojito with different tastes, no extra sweets, everything is perfect. And strong coffee… The staff is Bravo.

In my opinion one of the best hotels in Tbilisi. Price policy truth leaves much to be desired for the Marriott including. The location is very good, the view from the hotel is the best for both the city and the Kura River. There is a Skype bar on the top floor where there is also a spa center. There is a very beautiful view of the city. The only minus I noted is the price policy. One pleases in Tbilisi open and built new hotels of the Category 5 stars. Competition is all put in place!

Very good hotel, with an outstanding front office with very kind and helpful staff. The beds are small : (for someone like me 1.90m The breakfast is very good, fresh juices, life station for egg based recipes and pancakes, but not overall is not excellent. Once again the staff here is excellent. The SPA is just fine. The indoor pool is very pleasant with very beautiful view over the city and river.

Классный вид, если окна номера выходят на реку и на Троицкий Собор. С точки зрения погулять по окрестностям я бы этот отель не выбрала — в пешеходной доступности мало интересного. Останавливалась там потому, что в нем проходила конференция, в которой я участвовала. Необычная планировка номера. Позабавило, что между комнатой и ванной прозрачное стекло и стеклянная дверь :-). Сам номер достаточно просторный. Совсем не впечатлили ни завтраки, ни обеды, ни ужины, приготовленные в местном "итальянском ресторане". Лучше идти кушать за пределы отеля настоящую грузинскую еду. Попыталась распечатать в бизнес-центре посадочные на самолет, но интернет работал настолько медленно, что у меня даже не хватило терпения дождаться загрузки браузера. Wi-Fi работал отлично. А ещё каждый день нужно было перепрошивать карточку доступа — она раз в сутки размагничивалась. Персонал на ресепшене шутил — "это, чтобы мы имели возможность чаще общаться с нашими гостями" :-) К сожалению, не удалось воспользоваться бассейном и СПА. Но они там точно есть.

The rooms and services are nice. We had some incidents though that should not be happening in a hotel of that caliber. For one thing our sons bed was missing when we arrived, we had to ask for it three times until we got it. Then the shower door did not close which made the entire bathroom fill with water. The mini bar fridge didn't work and was replaced the day after (they did apologize for that and we got some fruit the next day). One day there was no hot water for the entire day in all the hotel, we had to wash our 3 year old son in cold water, we got no apology for that. The air conditioning was either to hot or too cold and was impossible to close, it also completely dehydrated the room. We did not have a double bed but two separate beds for me and my wife which was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was good and had a nice coffee. The pool is great though small and hard to swim if there are a lot of people.

Old Hotel. The furniture, carpet, dirty windows, did not change the raw towels (although the room was cleaned). The breakfast is not a good break. The rooms are smaller than the guests ( ( ( ( () breakfast was good. The view is beautiful from the room, but very noisy! You live on the avenue!

5 star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful views. A fabulous spa.

Had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu. All staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. Food was great at all restaurants. I would definitely choose to stay again at Radisson Blu when I return to Tbilisi.

The hotel was good but staff… Fridge is locked and they don't let you move minibar items to put your stuff in the fridge! Safe didn't work and it took us 2days asking them to fix it for several times! Good points: location … and the ice machine they have in every floor, it's great if your stay is in the summer.

Great hotel with great staff. Parking isn't free, but there is always place to park. Comfortable rooms and good service. Different types of restaurants available: oxygen bar with great drink an view; umami restaurant, delicious sea food, drinks and best staff ever. Restaurant filini, also great service and staff, but expensive, 1 cup of tea = 10GEL (4$).

Extraordinary service and friendly stuff! Everyone is always at your service! Also, As a guest, you can enjoy the hotel spa that is one of a kind. The view from the hotel is outstanding as well! But The restaurant at the hotel is definitely not the best. In comparison to nearby restaurants it’s overpriced.

Everything is good in the hotel. But lived with a colleague on the job, the toilet can not go or in the shower T. K. Transparent walls (transparent glass) when you want to go to the need to talk about it with whom you live. And another minus, in the shower there is no bottom powder and water spilled on the floor in the bathroom. So in most of the rooms.

Had an amazing Chinese couples massage and pedicures, both the best we have had in a long time. Thorough and very professional. Lunch in the Oxygen bar was delicious (small dishes are actually mains! ) Only negative was no jacuzzi and relaxing area by infinity pool is very warm.

The hotel is located near Rustaveli Metro station, the room is large with a panoramic window, the room has an iron, hair dryer, kettle, mini bar, big TV. The bed is soft. The hotel has a spa with separate saunas for men and women. The pool is also with a panoramic view. Fellini Restaurant is on the ground floor. Good breakfast. Fresh pastries, Harakiri, baklava. Hot scrambled eggs or omelets are available on request. Fresh juices, Borjomi. You can list for a long time… But there were minor disadvantages of the type of stains on the carpet or lack of shampoo in the sauna.

Feel reminded of the time after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Knock terror at night at the room door, calls … unfathomable! But the trouble started on arrival. First room: Air conditioning is programmed on ice cabinet and cannot be switched off. Second room: Roaring hot, air conditioning cannot be turned on. Third room — see above.

I ate at Filini. The menu caters to tourist and it must be one of the finest views in Tbilisi located on the rooftop where outdoor seating is a must. Plan on a reservation and budget $50 GEL and up to really enjoy the menu. Good bottled wine selection. I had the dragon roll it was good, not the best. I also had Cheesecake which I thought a bit runny coming from the East Coast. However its still worth the atmosphere and view. My colleague had the tagliatelle and mentioned it was plain tasting.

Have been as hotel customer and nice place as well as restaurant customer. Considering Pizza with Egg. I think it deserves three stars. You cannot offer this to your customers.

Wonderful rooms, restaurants, pool, staff. Very beautiful hotel with a great view. I would give it 5 stars if it had a decent gym. Extremely small and limited. Much of the cardio equipment needs to be serviced. Other than that, great experience.

This is most luxury and quality product till now. They have amazing terrace and really delicious Italian restaurant. There outdoor pool is great. Location just heart of the city. From the hotel you can have beautiful view.

Nice hotel. You need to ask for everything. We were 3 people but they always put 2 of everything. The reception staff were very friendly and their English was good. Food was "okay". The rooms were clean and spacious. The cleaning lady didn't understand English at all so be prepared to use your hands. Very good location. There were many stores around you. Wendy's was right next to it and there was also supermarket.

Nice and modern rooms. Good location near the transport junction and metro station. Polite and helpful staff. Excellent choice of Breakfast dishes. An additional plus is the availability of a fitness center and great hall THANK you centre with swimming pool. A little disappointing was the absence within 2 days reaction to complaint about the not working fridge in the room.

Very fancy hotel in the center of Tbilisi. This review is about the bar where I went for an event. The ambiance and service is good. Good variety of options. The prices are very high. 24 lari for a class of nice, but not spectacular, wine is quite high when you can find the same for a third the price. The main beneficial feature is a terrace that looks out over the river. Very nice view, and stylish environment.

Clean, welcoming and enjoyable home away from home. The staff absolutely make the experience; they are warm, helpful and pleasant, always offering service with a smile. I have stayed in many hotels around the world (including many Radisson Blu Hotels) and this is my favorite by far. If you are in Tbilisi you owe it to yourself to stay here. Be sure to relax in the pool or enjoy a wonderful meal while you are there.

Home is located in the city centre, excellent service and friendly staff. You feel. I love this hotel and the bar on the 18th and pool with views of the city and its lights. Large.

When I stayed here, Sharon Stone and Andy Garcia were here too :) This is the best hotel in Georgia, on the 18th floor, there is an amazing swimming pool and bar. Breakfast is nice, rooms are comfortable and staff is very friendly. What I really loved here is the nice little thing that you can grab a beautiful green apple everywhere in the hotel. :) In summer, there is a DJ on the terrace at night, but he was not much into working, but rather spent his time at the bar :).
