There was no water in the room to make tea/coffee. We had to go to the common kitchen to get water from a tap. Was not sure if the water was safe for drinking, so ended up not using it.

A very good hotel where we really enjoyed the heartfelt warming welcoming from the staff, especially the lady in the reception.

City Avenue Hotel Tbilisi is one of the best hotel choices in Tbilisi, connecting the lively Arab Street with its restaurants and cafes. The breakfast is excellent.

I booked the hotel through Booking. Com, and the hotel contacted me directly after the reservation to check if I had any special requests.

First time I saw a hotel where the floors are going down and the building itself is inside the rock! Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Great location right on Freedom Square, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the spa area is excellent.

The best hotel in Tbilisi for sure and one of the best hotel in Europe.

One of the oldest and most beautiful hotels in Tbilisi.

Last week I visited to Georgia and I choose Tbilisi view hotel to stay 4 nights. To be honest this hotel is perfect. Specially the staff. Comparing to other Georgian people this staff is amazing.

Great hotel, perfectly located. The staff is so nice. I had an medical emergency and they helped me a lot to get the medicaments and event went for me to the pharmacy.

Stayed with all family in two adjacent rooms. Nicely renovated, very clean. You will find all kitchen utensils and dishes, electric stove, kettle, refrigerator.

Clean rooms, consistent hot water, and has Wi-Fi. Hostess is polite and attentive. Location is good — gino paradise is nearby and chronicles of Georgia. No kitchen unfortunately.

Tbilisi Mare exceeded all my expectations. Just a short drive from the city, it feels like a completely different world — calm, green, and full of fresh air.

Great value option for travellers within Tbilisi. Although far from city center, at least a sense of quiet away d the hustle & bustle.

Clean with modern rooms. Breakfast was disappointing and AC didn’t work in the room. Location is a bit far from the action, but it’s cost effective with Bolt.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Nini, Salome, Tatia, and Keti. Each of them went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for.

George and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel feels very homey and from the moment we arrived even if it was already late they still greeted us with wine and food.

This hotel is very centrally located, yet still feels like it's out of the way. It's a short walk from everything you'd like to visit in central Tbilisi.

It’s located right beside St. Mary Assumption Catholic Church, 2 min far away from liberty square. All the souvenirs shops, restaurants even disco are nearby.

This hotel is price value for money. It's relatively cheap, but location is very good.

5/5 stars! 😍 Stayed at Boutique Hotel Manufactura in Tbilisi and it exceeded ALL expectations!
