This 17 rooms five star hotel is very well located right in the centre of Tbilisi.

I stayed at The Theory Hotel in Tbilisi during my trip to Georgia, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

A great hotel with extremely helpful staff. I arrived many hours before check-in without booking a room.

I have been there and I came to the hotel at around 8am there was receptionist who doesn’t speak English so I suffered to explain that I have booked a room from booking.

The room is large, with one king-size bed, a small balcony, and a decent bathroom with a shower, though the water pressure isn't very strong. It's close to the old town, just 20 minutes away.

Come to the hotel. You will be satisfied. Very good location.

Very QUIET hotel, great location. The continental breakfast is good and large. I wish they had jellies or jams but no luck.

Very good property and great value for money — amazing location, freedom square is walkable there are plenty of options for food and shopping nearby.

Stayed 4 nights at Hotel 21, across three different rooms (ground, first, and second floor). The rooms are compact but modern and comfortable.
The water flow in the shower is excellent.

Clean hotel. The receptionist (Muradi) is very polite man and can talk English fluently…the break fast is good …all the staff is good and welcoming…I like it and I recommend it.

I loved my stay at the Kruise Hotel. Lots of hot water, great view of the river, very helpful staff. I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The room was very quiet, and breakfast was great.

Excellent service and hospitality! The staff is very attentive, the room was clean, cozy and modernly equipped — everything was thought out to the smallest detail.

I stayed at this apartment for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Mr. Ramaz was amazing—his warm and welcoming attitude truly stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.

We stopped by these apartments on the way to the sea. We didn’t even think that you could have such a wonderful stay in the center of Tbilisi. Wonderful and hospitable hosts!

The rooms were very dust. The location is good but it must be due to the general construction in Tbilisi.

Garik, the receptionist, is a role model for all receptionists: courteous, polite, and friendly.
He even offered to upgrade our room, and we stayed in a two-room suite for the same price!

Very excellent, clean, quiet, and the rooms are spacious. The only problem with Booking. Com is that breakfast is included, but the accommodation told us that there is no breakfast.

Very cool hotel, recommend to take breakfast included, the only problem is was conditioner in the last day.

I visited Tbilisi for two days just before Christmas and stayed at Verisima Hotel, which turned out to be a perfect choice.

This is my second time staying at the Graf T Hotel with my husband and children. The staff was very responsive and, most importantly, Russian-speaking.

I was in Tbilisi for a week from October 6th. I stayed at this hotel. It's a wonderful, atmospheric place. Everything is imbued with local flavor. The host was friendly, welcoming, and hospitable.

Location was great. Room was clean. The manager helped a lot and gave advices. When we stayed also was my birthday and the manager sent us a sparkling wine.

Economy room with the queen size bed was absolutely horrendous, it wasnt even cleaned properly we saw strands of hair in the shower, also black mold on the shower walls.

I recently stayed at Tea for Two Hotel for three days on my own, and it was truly a wonderful experience.

Staff were so kind and hospitable. The hotel and rooms were so clean and nice. They had a nice dining area with different facilities to use. The hotel is close to city center.
