My personal experience: I don't get the negative reviews here. Reception staff was super friendly, the room was newly renovated. Especially the beds are super comfy.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and wonderful.

Central location and quiet area. The staff was very polite and helpful especially Alexandra and Nina. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

It was good stay for 2 nights with family. However the building is old but rooms are clean and the reception ladies are good polite and helpful. Everything is in walking distance and near by.

The host and his assistant are friendly and attentive. It's clean, and there's a coffee machine and tea in the common area. It's a very pleasant place.
Close to Old Tbilisi.

City center. Peaceful environment. Georgian hospitality. There are all kinds of amenities to make the guest feel comfortable.

Average hotel at a decent price in the center of the old town. Very lively part of town, and within walking distances from lots of sights.
Room was small but nice, with a little balcony.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Impeccable hotel, delicious breakfasts, excellent service, everything is new. Good location. I liked coming back after a walk to a cleaned room.

Good place for everything, good workers even the girl who was in the reception helped me to order medicine because I don’t understand the language.

The rooms are quite comfortable, the administrator is always in touch. Very comfortable bed. Check-in took place late in the evening, which was nice.

Very nice hotel. We where really late at night and haven't had anything to eat. The receptionist nana and the legend rasmika helped us with a table in a really nice restaurant across the street.
