It's clean, cozy and homely. The couple running the stay are very helpful. The place is close to the freedom square and hence most places are walkable. Amazing.

Great location — nice neighbourhood. Host was very helpful. Nice big room with a very comfortable bed. 10 minutes from Freedom Square.
Room is in the attic, so gets hot during the day.

We like the hotel. It is warm inside, we even turned off the heating. Guy who met us was really friendly and was ready to help us.

We stayed here for 6 nights! We love the room, we have everything we need (refrigerator, kettle, tea/coffee, hanger, balcony, bath tub…. ) Good location, walking distance to main centre!

The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The lady was very nice and friendly. It's close to the city center. It takes a minute to make yourself a drink in the room. There's no kettle or cup.

Wonderful hosts! Excellent breakfast and great sleep. 15 minutes' walk to the center. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location in the hills of tbilisi, away from city, peaceful, new property and they gave us complimentary wine and free breakfast for our stay for the occasion of birthday and honeymoon.

My stay with family for almost one week in Tbilotel Hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia, was a good experience.

Tbilotel is clean, tidy, serves very good breakfast. The rooms are equipped with AC that can be controlled.
Most importantly it is run by a great woman. Her name is Lily.

Nice hotel ⭐️ with enough good price. Hotel in good a place around a lot of restaurants (a lot of India and halal restaurants). The hotel has a tasty breakfast 🍳 host deliver a breakfast to your room!

Room with two separate beds. For me, 10 out of 10. There was heating, clean bed linen, a convenient rack for things, a table, a sofa, a mini refrigerator, a shared kitchen, and responsive hosts.

It is not possible for me to describe this place in words, you have to come and stay and experience it with your own eyes, everything is wonderful, the house.

Great money for value. A lot of the similar priced hostels in Tbilisi are not clean at all. But this one is different.

Hotel is bit far from the main attractions. Calm and quiet place. But metro station is at a walkable distance and metro will take to Avlabari metro station.

It's in the heart of Old Tbilisi, yet quiet and not too noisy as just Inside the main lane.

I liked everything, the hotel is pleasant, the view from the window is gorgeous, the staff is friendly, upon check-in we treated you to homemade wine, the breakfast was very tasty and varied.

I accidentally came across a free room, because… the previous hotel was not satisfactory. Everything here is generally good: the room is clean, quite spacious. There is a shared kitchen.

I was lucky to find this hostel, It was super chill, clean, ppl were lovely and welcoming! I originally booked for only three days, but I was staying there for almost two months at the end.

A wonderful, cozy spot in the very center of Tbilisi, just a 4-minute walk from the airport bus stop. The stop is the Opera Theater. It's an old house, but surprisingly cozy.
