Tbilisi Region Hotels

Don't be fooled by the reviews. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms and bathroom have been completely renovated and are spotless, with everything you need. The breakfast is clean and adequate.

I came here for a vacation and stayed for about four nights. Overall, it was okay — not great, but not bad either.

A very cozy hotel at an awesome location in Old Tbilisi, very accessible to almost all tourist locations, although the rooms were small but they were very well maintained.

The staff is adorable. The rooms are quite cozy and well organized. Good view. Very Good location in old Tbilisi. You feel like you are at home.

We were looking for a friendly place to stay as family and here it is.
The friendly treatment makes you feel at home.
So close to all destinations in Tbilisi.

Love this place. Big rooms, great location.
It gets a bit loud on weekends as it's central location so you have people and cars passing all the time but that's expo.

Beautiful and charming place for a family to stay at.

One of the most amazing properties I ever stayed. The view is omg and the room is really amazing.

Best hotel excellent customer service reasonable price and most important located in heart of tibilisi.

Excellent hotel. The location is just super: very close to the center + many grocery stores nearby.

I loved the rooms & the view on the river. I love the location. It’s close to everything that is necessary. Like a grocery store or a gas station or a pharmacy.

Rooms were well kept and very pretty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was rather disappointing with the pastries and breads tasting a bit stale and hard.

My friends recommended this hotel to me just as I was planning to leave for a couple of days in Georgia. The atmosphere is delightful, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

Second time visiting this place, I am insanely impressed with the location. You can see the whole capital.

This wasn't our first time staying at Kobo's!

The house is clean and cozy, with everything thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. There's a kitchen with everything you need for self-catering. It's perfect for a long, comfortable stay.

A very quiet, atmospheric place. Cozy, well-equipped rooms. Incredibly delicious breakfasts! Gorgeous views of the city!

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Staff were very accomodating and provided detailed instructions for us to check in after reception hours. Would definitely recommend!

Clean Apartement, very quiet, the amenities is complete, close to the oldl town. The Owner are very communicative, We feel like home for a while, we can cook, washing.

I had a fantastic stay at the Telegraph Hotel in Tbilisi. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a modern and stylish design that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is lovely and helpful I got few great recommendations from them, located on one of the main boulevards in Tbilisi, lined with theatres, museums, grand architecture

Nice place, clean and and wery beautiful design, also really nice peaple working at the reception.

The hotel is in a good location, near the metro and transport hub. There is a 24-hour kiosk and a shopping mall nearby. Breakfast is simple and tasty, like homemade food.

An amazing apartment and exceptionally modern, clean and in a great location in Tbilisi.

Very nice location and apartment itself, even better than on the photos. All necessary things provided.

Staff were nice, location was good aside from the entrance area which didn’t affect us at all. Breakfast was varied and changed every day.

Review: A Comfortable and Well-Located Stay in Tbilisi.
My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights.

Great accommodation, the owner is very friendly!

Cozy, clean, has everything you need. They allowed us to move in with our cat.
The hostess is wonderful! <3
Close walking distance to the metro and various cafes and shops.

Good rooms and the manager is helpful.
Location is also good.

I booked this serviced hotel apartment late at night, and when I arrived, Georges at the reception was super helpful. He mentioned that we had booked a random room, so we don’t get a balcony!

We had a short stay in Beaumonde… The view was stunning from our room. They had quick service. The receptionist Luca was helpful. The food was amazing The hostess had good hospitality.

Overall, what one may expect from a 3-star hotel, in terms of rooms and services.
The staff is eager to help guests.

The hostel is comfortable, with a large shared kitchen and balcony with a beautiful view. It's centrally located, has two clean bathrooms, and a wonderful receptionist.

Good hostel for a short stay in Tbilisi. Great location. The building itself may need some serious renovation, but the hostel itself is great.

Very nice, tidy, clean, fantastic, comfortable hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. Location of the hotel is very good. Close to all beautiful places. Food in the hotel very good and delicious.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re very comfortable, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed and linens were top-notch, and I slept wonderfully.

Hotel was very good for bachelors as well as for families for short stays. Manager was very well behaving.

Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was wonderful. The food was very delicious and of high quality.

It was good. The services, room, even the view were very good. Even when there was a mistake, the left an apologize letter there with some nice fruit. It was just one of the stuff was not nice.

Everything was great, the owners help you with anything you need, just ask for it… would come again :)
The only thing is that some rooms could be in need of some renovation / freshen up.

Clean rooms, hospitable hosts, delicious breakfasts. In general, I recommend that everyone who travels to Tbilisi take a hotel with breakfast because nothing works in the morning.
