Tbilisi Region Hotels

Lovely hosts, convenient location. The hosts have 2 dogs.
We had an amazing time staying here, highly recommend! It’s close to the city center but the neighborhood is very quiet.

The location is the best 👌
The manager is awesome 🙏
The bed comfortable 👍

Great place, friendly host. Clean courtyard, clean rooms. The room has everything you need: air conditioning, stove, refrigerator, dishes, bathroom. Hot and cold water.

Let's start by saying that we were welcomed very warmly. Thanks to the guide. The price-performance ratio is the best. Very good and friendly environment.

In terms of price-quality ratio and location, this was the best offer. For this amount everything is fine.

We stayed here 29.7.25 to 2.8.25 and it was the perfect base for us, halfway between the mountains and the city centre.

Everything is great, very good area and location, good facilities, close to shops and metro station.

It was a great stay. The owner, Irakli, is a very kind, warm and very helpful gentleman. The house is on the 12th floor, you can look at a view adorned with Soviet architecture from the balcony.

This best hotel with best price really valuable for everything.
Not very good hotel little bit old.
But for this cost private room with full facility really good.

Family run, Vaktangi (owner) absolutely helpful and friendly. From here you can easily reach everything on foot or by bus/metro.
Don't expect 5 star luxury, this is replaced by this lovely family.

Super friendly staff and the room is spotless!

The hotel is good and with great service, especially all staffs are so friendly and kind, only issue is that the breakfast is bad and 2nd floor is girls hostel but theres no trouble or disturbance

Thank you for everything! This is an amazing hotel with the best hosts. The location is perfect—right in the city center—and you can walk to one of the most beautiful areas of the city.

Very nice owner who waited for us even though it was late. In the morning a very good breakfast. Peace and quiet, bathtub. Friendly price in a great location in the old town, very close to everything.

We ve just left this morning. Very well located, lots of services around. The staff was kind and answered about our questions.

There staff honorable and very very nice lady belong Africa.

We booked this mini-hotel because of the price and location in the center. They couldn't find it for some time, because… The sign is not very noticeable.
