Tbilisi Region Hotels

I was on vacation alone in June, the room was clean and bright with its own balcony. The room has a kettle and refrigerator, and there is tea, coffee and sugar in the common room.

Nearby is a metro station, shops, cafes and restaurants.
Comfortable room with the necessary minimum. Beautiful view of the mountains from the window.

Sweet little hotel in a very traditional house with sweet cats. The service was very good and we wanted to stay a little longer.

Great hotel, lovely rooms.
Our best stay in georgia yet.

Small cozy hotel, rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is included in the price, you won't go hungry. The hostess is friendly, she will tell you everything, she will tell you everything.

The Avlabari area. It's worth mentioning right away that this is a neighborhood for those with a good budget.

Amazing staff — very helpful and super friendly!
The location of the hotel is great; everything is very close to it.
Definitely will come back again.

Very Good spot, right in the center. Price is perfect, stuff very attentive and incredibly sweet. Stayed ther twice, and if I happen to be in Tbilisi will choose the place again.

We visited Tbilisi in Sept 2021 and stayed at the Old Tbilisi rooms. We had a 1 bed apt, the apartment had mini fridge an additional sofa bed and a piano and an open terrace and a balcony.

I strongly recommend Old Tbilisi Rooms 38. The hotel is well-located, so you will be able to easily reach all the main tourist destinations.

Absolutely loving it. Robert is super cool and an excellent host.

Literally 3 minutes from Fabrika, double rooms with private bathroom at half the price. Super relaxed staff, checked in on the phone put my bags down and paid after being out for several hours.

Our family of 6 loved our stay here! The spot was perfectly located! It was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly! We slept good as well.

Great cosy hotel, at the best location in Tbilisi to explore everything on foot. At the ground floor of the hotel, you can find a handy exchange office, a supermarket and the best little bakery.

My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the city. The hotel itself is peaceful and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat.

Very nice modern and new place in great location, with shops, restaurants etc. Just in front of the door.
The room was very clean and everything worked well.

The hostel was spacious and the people staying were friendly. The location is fantastic, though you will have to walk up 5 flights of stairs to get into the hostel.

A very friendly place with a home-away-from-home feel.

It's a beautiful park. If you're with kids — it's lovely! The view of the city is also beautiful.
We went in April — most of the rides and restaurants were shut though, so please check before you go.

Nice view of city. 4 rides for kids above 12 that are bit of fun but for smaller kids, not so great rides. Cable car, funicular or by road — multiple ways to access.

The receptionist was really nice. The room was spacious and the location is great.

10/10 highly recommend.
Stayed here for three nights during our trip to Tbilisi. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained, it's a budget hostel so you can't expect five star facilities.

Excellent location. Comfortable stay. Helpful family. I recommend with full of my heart for anyone looking for comfortable homestay. Recommend for singles and couples.

The view of the city is amazing. This is the first time I’ve seen such a huge balcony. Everything you need: a clean and comfortable bed, a shower with good pressure of hot water.

Good hotel. Convenient location for those who plan to travel by train: near the station. It is convenient to get from Didube by metro.

We stayed here for one night while returning to Batumi, and honestly, this place has such a vintage, antique charm — feels like stepping into another era. The highlight? The jacuzzi! Yes yes, jacuzzi!

They wrote on booking they had breakfast but after arriving there they said that they didn't have breakfast.

Very good hotel Excellent service Clean rooms Pictures match reality Good price Enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will return again.

I stayed in this hotel rwo days.
Staff very friendly… Room very clean and daily cleaned highly recommended.

Adnan.

Great location, clean rooms and linens, warm in winter. Parking available.

A great hotel in the center of Old Tbilisi!
"Wonderful stay! The hotel is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi, so all the interesting sights are easily accessible on foot.
