Tbilisi Region Hotels

These are photos from the underpass on Shota Rustaveli Street, not the Aparthotel. Unfortunately, GoogleMaps seem to only allow attaching photos to businesses, which is not my purpose.

Very good location, nice environment, friendly staff. Highly recommended!

We come for the second time. We like. The rooms are good, everything you need is there. Clean, comfortable. Caring and friendly staff.

I had an amazing experience, amazing staff, amazing room and outstanding service. Lasha and Keti were so kind. Highly recommend this place 👌🏼

Quite, cozy space. Kind owner. Great view of the cathedral from a small balcony where you can sip a couple of glasses of sweet wine and watch the cathedral at night. Ac unit and heater for the winter.

I had an amazing experience at Hotisi Hotel in Tbilisi!
The host and the crew were incredibly polite and friendly, making my stay feel warm and welcoming.

The hostess is very sincere) you immediately feel at home) the room is comfortable, everything you need is there, and if not, you can turn to her for help) the area is very quiet, but at the same

We had a cozy and amazing stay here. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is great and assures privacy and a quiet environment.

The hosts are wonderful. The location is incredible, literally a 3-4-minute walk to the metro.
The rooms themselves are wonderful.

Room with two separate beds. For me, 10 out of 10. There was heating, clean bed linen, a convenient rack for things, a table, a sofa, a mini refrigerator, a shared kitchen, and responsive hosts.

The receptionist was extremely kind and spoke good English. Also the fact that you could text the manager for any issues was a plus. I’d definitely stay here again if I go back.

10/10 highly recommend.
Stayed here for three nights during our trip to Tbilisi. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained, it's a budget hostel so you can't expect five star facilities.

We were a family in April 2022, in transit from Ukraine. We were evacuated from Mariupol 🇺🇦 A clean room, bed, warmth and friendly staff brought smiles back to our faces. Thank you very much!

A cozy hotel, clean rooms, the bathroom is absolutely clean, the sockets are really inconvenient and in the morning the auntie called on the buses with a megaphone, the Wi-Fi is super fast, the air

We stayed three nights in Babilina Hotel and we had a very pleasant time, the owners are very friendly and nice, don’t mind to ask them if you need anything.

Babilina B&B is a Guest House in the middle of old town of Tbilisi, Georgia. It is a cozy family run business.

Guest House, A great accommodation hotel, the business and the owners are very interested and good people the rooms are nice and good.

In general everything is fine. There were nuances, but they were not significant. There are no cabinets, no shelf for cosmetics in the bathroom, just a small bucket.

The large bad was quite uncomfortable but the room was looking good. Good atmosphere.

A great location and comfy place, the house keeping is very helpful.

Very nice and kind people! We were greeted very cordially.

Really in the center of the old town.
The owners made us feel at home.
Room was big with good a/c.
And the price is really good.

The owners here are very kind. In conclusion, this is a very cost-effective guest hotel if you are traveling in Tbilisi for the first time.

Great location. Very close to the metro. Several stops to the park. Hospitable host. Clean, comfortable.

Excellent accommodation for little money. Despite the apparent simplicity of the building, inside, much attention is paid to details.

Excellent guest house in the heart of Tbilisi! With this review I would like to thank Malkhas, the owner of this hotel, a very pleasant, sociable, clean, hospitable person!

Friendly host even did my laundry for me for free.

Very comfortable and budget friendly hotel. Staff was accommodative to our requests for an early breakfast and keeping the luggage for a late evening flight. Good option in Old Tbilisi.

Rooms and service is very good. All the receptionist and staff nice and pleasant and very helpful.

Nice and quite place… view and people 👌
Very good Location.

The room was smoky and had quite vintage furniture! ) )

Very Good and neat and Clean. Especially the lady in Reception her name is Maria. She is very kind and good. When ever I go out to my Hotel and Come back go my hotel she always Welcome me with smile.

We rented a room in this hotel for one night from July 31 to August 1. The attitude is beyond all praise: super hospitable, cordial on the part of all employees.

The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean. The cliente is sometimes problematic, some weird and loud guests.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆
We arrived in Tbilisi on a Sunday night without a reservation and found this hotel while walking around the center.

I am a Vietnamese guest, I stayed at this hotel for 20 days in April-May 2024, in holiday week of Georgian. We really miss and love the host and also her family.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The location could not be better, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and staff were helpful and service minded. Highly recommend!
