Tbilisi Region Hotels

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very good quality rooms and furniture. The view from the balcony is breathtaking taking. Eric is a great host but also guide!

Everything was great and the view from the room was looking over the city and it was over all a great experience, I would definitely go back.

I really enjoyed the location, the kind service and the spacious room. The breakfast is another highlight, and the staff go the extra mile to be helpful. I can’t recommend enough!

All the other positive reviews are justified. The room had a very modern, cozy feel and looked much better in person than in the photos.

Nice romantic quiet hotel on good place. Clean, warm, receptions speaks also po Ruski. I recommend this place. Wifi is faster enough.

The hotel copes with its task. The room was clean, we were able to check in even at night. But the hotel is only for sleeping. If you only need this function, then this is the best for your money.

A comfortable, clean single room with double bed and single bed and clean en suite bathroom with TV and hairdryer.

It's a really good place to stay for a short time. Owners and administration are friendly and ready to help. Breakfasts are tasty and homemade.

Pros:
— Very competitive price.
— You can park nearby for free.
— Very nice owners.
Cons:
— The mattresses already have their use.
— Very outdated furniture.

A small homely hotel. There are two rooms on the 2nd floor and one on the first floor. Hospitable host. The room has everything you need to spend the night and wash.

I liked everything very much, including the cat Katya ☺️ We will be back.

Good hotel, convenient location, friendly hosts. The only minus is that there is no heater in the shower, take this into account when traveling in the cold season.

Nice cosy hotel, little away from the bustle of the city centre. Ideal for the no frills traveller. Big rooms, clean but little dated.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the breakfast included.

It's amazing budget friendly hotel… The staff are very lovely. 🥰

Near the airport, clean.
Just know, its a budget hostel by any means.
Not ideal to check in at night.
Would not recommend for a couple, would recommend for solo travelers or budget travelers.

Really enjoyed staying in Old Meidan hotel during our visit in Tbilisi. We recommend contacting directly, they are able to give better price than in popular reservation portals.

Awesome location! Good deals, Breakfast is simple but delicious.
This is a good place to stay.

The rooms are quite comfortable, the administrator is always in touch. Very comfortable bed. Check-in took place late in the evening, which was nice.

We were greeted warmly, treated to coffee from an interesting coffee machine, and given plates and cutlery upon request.
Very beautiful stylish design. Wonderful balcony.

Very polite staff. The woman at the registration desk greets you with a smile. The hotel is old. Needs renovation. In some rooms the toilet doors do not work. The hotel is barely worthy of 3 stars.

Polite staff at the reception.
Breakfast is simple but you can have something to eat. We wanted to take apples with us, which are included in the price of breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
We stayed at this hotel run by Tamar and her husband, Josh — and it was truly one of the best experiences we've ever had!

Very nice Hotel right in the Middle of the old city. You can essentially walk to All the big attractions and if not Busses and the metro are nearby.

Great spot for a couple nights. Rooms are beautiful and the AC works well! Hosts are pleasant and know a lot about the city.

I really enjoyed my stay at Rivendell Boutique Tbilisi, the room was very clean and the service was really good. The reception people were kind and helpful.

Anna is very accommodating and kind. And even the cleaners they are all soo kind. I hardly recommend this hotel 🥰🥰🥰

Very cozy, comfortable and clean room with a private bathroom and a spacious terrace just above the busy and lively Chavchavadze Boulevard. A shared kitchen provides all the things you need.

We stayed in a room with a large terrace several years ago, a clean room with cleaning, a shared kitchen for three rooms, high up without an elevator. Overall good.

This place made me feel at home, the employees are great, very friendly and hospitable, if you are looking for an affordable stay I would totally recommend it!

Best accommodation in Tbilisi. New building with breathtaking view over Tbilisi. You have wide apartment options (studio, one bedroom, two bedrooms, …etc).

My mom stayed at this private guest house for a very long time, and over the months, it became much more than just a place to stay — it became home.

Super lovely guesthouse.
-Top area (5min walking to metro Station and 2 min to supermarket and 1 min to a really nice backery)
-Nice and super clean room, bathroom and kitchen.

I am really satisfied with the service provided by this guesthouse. They accept Visa and Mastercard, which is not common in Tbilisi and has caused me issues at other B&Bs.
