Tbilisi Region Hotels

Very nice owners, hotel in a quiet area, closer to the center. And beautifully clean and equipped.

George and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel feels very homey and from the moment we arrived even if it was already late they still greeted us with wine and food.

The team at the hotel is excellent and loving, especially the restaurant and housekeeping staff. Professionals and so kindly.

Big like to Maryam the waiter on the breakfast ♥️🫶🏻

Excellent hotel.
There were 5 days.
I'll start with the location — on 4. Near Shota Rustaveli Street, along it you can reach all the attractions.

I stayed at this hotel from December 5 to 7 and had a great experience.

Comfortable, clean, and a great value for the price. Anything you need—whether you ask for it or not—gets taken care of. Surprisingly peaceful and quiet, even though it’s right next to a busy road.

Family-run b&b with amazing homemade breakfast (sometimes with complimentary homemade wine or cha-cha) + you have a spectacular city view from (most of) the rooms.

İ want to describe our holiday in this family Hotel shortly. Excellent service… We stayed 3 nights. Owner Madam Manana made us great and delicious breakfast every morning.

The room was newly renovated and comfortable, unfortunately there was a bad smell in the bathroom, there was probably no siphon installed in the shower. But I would book again.

The location is wonderful, but the most important thing is to follow the owner's video instructions! The cozy courtyard is just steps from the metro and bus stop.

Great location, clean and spacious room. There's a washing machine and a kitchen in the basement.
No microwave in the kitchen. There were coffee bags, but no tea.

One of the best maintained hotel. Very neat and clean property meticulously maintained by owner himself. Great location and supportive staff especially Anastasia.

Everything was great: rooms, location, staff and especially breakfast. Special thanks to Akop, the best host ever. See you again in Tbilisi.

The service was exceptional and the value for money was excellent. The owner took care of every detail and convinced us to extend our stay for another two nights!

Great stay at this lovely place! The host is really kind.

Jail-themed hostel with cells (with bars), very good value for money, could improve with the seating options, very nice balkony with view over the city, audience is hit and miss but at least

An unforgettable stay at this exceptional place! I was very impressed with the general atmosphere and the excellent service.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet area. The hotel is located far from the city center, but for visitors the best place to spend the night and move on.
The bathroom smelled damp, like a basement.

Very big rooms, TV / internet work good, good food.

I want to thank Nino because she helped me a lot at the hotel and she was smiling and helping me and my wife translate, so special thanks to her and all the staff.
A very beautiful hotel.

Prices are reasonable and the place is clean. But the room they gave us was super small, with a huge column in the middle. Didn’t look like the pictures.

The location is absolutely perfect, very central and close to everything. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.

We stayed in this guesthouse for 5 days during our time in Tbilisi, the owners were so nice and helpful. The place is very clean, cosy, well located and I couldn’t recommend it more!

A very interesting and quiet place in the very center of old Tbilisi. The decorations throughout the resort are very interesting. I recommend it to everyone!

We were looking for authentic accommodation with Georgian flavor in old Tbilisi and found it! Full immersion in the culture and life of this country.

We stayed in this hotel for a family trip. Everything was perfect, even better than we could expect. Rooms are big and clean, bathroom has a great shower area.

We stayed at Phazisi Hotel at the beginning and end of our holiday in Georgia. We found the owners to be very kind and helpful.

Walking distance to the city centre and secluded quiet location. Room is spacious and well equipped but can feel a bit of a mouldy smell.

We had a very great stay at Araki Sololaki. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and extremely comfortable.

Every time I'm in Tbilisi I stay here. It's like my second home already. It's always clean and comfy. I would give 100 out of 10.

Probably the best guesthouse in tbilisi. Loved everything about it.

Wonderful friendly hosts. Excellent cozy room with everything you need.
