Tbilisi Region Hotels

A completely cozy hotel. But it is difficult to travel by minibus among the narrow streets.

The guest house is located a 5-minute walk from Rustaveli Avenue, in the quiet side streets of the Zemeli district.

Very lovely and cozy rooms in the center of the Rustaveli Avenue. Vary good price, Highly recommended!

You'll be staying on the city's main street.
There are only six rooms (if I'm not mistaken), connected by a common hallway that always welcomes you with the cool air of the air conditioning.

Pleasant, calm atmosphere, delicious breakfast. Very cozy and you can stay with children. The hotel has a lift, a restaurant and a terrace with beautiful views of the city.

Velvet Hotel is run by a family, nice people dedicated to their work!

The host, Khaka and his mom were very nice and accommodating, the rooms were cozy and clean. Wifi was fast, a good option if you have remote work. I also had a good balcony view.

I would like to congratulate the wonderful owners on the New Year, wish them all the best, health, sought-after rooms and grateful guests (we stayed with you in November, thank you for everything)

Convenient location, easy access to the city center.
Wonderful and hospitable hostess.
A truly authentic immersion in the atmosphere of an old Georgian house.

Helpful host, clean rooms, near to the center of the city. Overall good experience.

A cozy place in the heart of Tbilisi. 50 meters from the Bridge of Peace. Comfortable rooms and super friendly personal. Ask them about recommendations for dinner 😉

It is really good and cheap hotel in Tbilisi. It is so clean and big rooms. The rooms can see the bridge of peace and kura river. Location is perfect, so it is closer to everywhere almost.

Communal is a dream location!

Nice hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Good sized rooms. Great breakfast with good cook. Upstairs rooms don't have the best Wi-Fi though. Nice restaurants 5-10 min walk away.

Best hotel excellent customer service reasonable price and most important located in heart of tibilisi.

Students ATMIA hostel for girls with high security access and quality hospitality services. Highly recommended for girls accomodation in SEU UNIVERSITY.

Very nice hotel and very nice staff, I will come back again because of the excellent service ❤️

Excellent option… not far from the center… very clean… daily cleaning and towel changes… coffee and water always available…
Quiet place…
Tamara is a very welcoming and hospitable hostess… she helped

I stayed here in the fall of 2022. I loved everything. For the price, it was a great deal! The rooms are cozy and updated. The hostess was very polite and welcoming. She fed us borscht :)

The most friendly host family! Feel the Georgian hospitality here!

Good location. Friendly hostess. Simple and clean room, bathroom and toilet in the hallway. There is a kitchen.

In the old town, convenient for walking, for jogging, the metro is close, cozy, the owner is a wise Georgian woman.

Gary I just want to thank you for a great experience that were never expected grom a young owner.

Highly recommended this hotel. I travelled with my family from UK and I felt there was my home not the hotel. Staff and young owner (Gary) was very kind friendly.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Impeccable hotel, delicious breakfasts, excellent service, everything is new. Good location. I liked coming back after a walk to a cleaned room.

I would give 10 stars!
Amazing hotel, one of the best I've ever been to.
1. Great location in the historic area. Beautiful authentic interiors, light pleasant unobtrusive aromas inside.

Very large villa. Not far from the center! We stayed for 5 days. Everything was at the highest level! The owner is super, he solved any questions!

Good: Very neat and clean, cosy rooms with city view.
Bad: now showers in toilets for WC. Bad thing for being no muslim showers.

Great neighbourhood and rooms. No elevator leading to the lobby, entrance may scare you at first. The reception is nice, polite and helpful, all english speakers.
