This place is awesome! The location is super charming, the room is really nice, and the best part is the staff, Nana and Ninny.

Charming accommodation in the heart of Tbilisi, perfect for visiting the Old City. Charming hosts, very attentive and pleasant. Parking is available in the building's inner courtyard.

We stayed 4 days and it was great, in the middle of January the apartment was nicely heated, no problem about hot water. Literally at the heart of the city.

The hotel is comfortable and not big. Price-quality corresponds, friendly staff, home-made breakfast.
