I went to the My Melody & Kuromi themed room and all I have to say is that it's so cute! Every corner was themed and the details were super! We get cute themed free amenities!

Sweet hotel with tons of amenities in the reception area. Also provides smoking rooms and has an outdoor smoking area great location in Shinjuku.

The experience staying at the hotel was fantastic. The staff who assisted us all spoke very fluent English.

Even though it was a 10-15 minute walk from the closest station, this place was really nice and accommodating for our large family. Check in was super quick and staff were very friendly.

Lobby is nice area to dine my konbini food and beverages.

I stayed here with my friend for 5 days and we had a great experience. We checked in late but the elderly couple owners checked us in anyway and told us the rules and showed us the Ryokan.

Staying at this ryokan was one of those experiences I would recommend to anyone visiting Nagano.

Super easy to check-in & out with the automated system. Room were a bit small but super clean.

This place is cheap for a group of 4 people. The rooms are different depending on which side of the building you get, but it still is comfortable and beautiful.

It’s actually very accessible to the train station “keikyu line”, our family with a young kid take a short 5 minutes walk to Keikyu line.

Best value for money. 15 minutes-ish from Haneda Airport.

The room is in a good size for a short stay around Haneda Airport & the city of Tokyo. There are kitchenette, microwave and refrigerator to be included inside the hotel room.

A quiet neighborhood near Tokyo. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free laundry and coffee is offered. Best part is it is close to a train station, 7-11, family mart and Hama Sushi (open till midnight)!

Rooms are comfortable although the furniture is quite old-style. There is a public bath inside with sauna and hot/cold pool. Breakfast is excellent and offers a very varied selection of foods to try.

I was unable to have dinner at the hotel, which was both disappointing and neglectful. I had previously requested information and restaurant reservations through the chat service.

This hotel is excellently located in Tokyo, just a short walk from Osaki Station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient.

Small room as typical around here. Fits the expectation. I enjoyed to have the fitness club with decently sized pool in the same building for some extra charge.

The hotel is very neat and clean. Although it quite away from the center but close to the Gotanda Metro station from where you can easily travel to any destination.

Thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff, I had such a comfortable stay here! The rooms were impeccably clean and the area was peaceful at night.

Location is excellent. Outside Shinagawa station which is a major one.
Rooms are basic but can't complain.
Breakfast is functional too. They have a good coffee and good room amenities as well.

I don't mind hard beds but I don't enjoy feeling every coil in the bed. Beyond that this is a heat place to stay for a night or two.

The biggest plus point was the location of the hotel — smack right in the middle of the food alleys of Ueno.

What a great older hotel near Tokyo station. We booked the twin room as it was the only room available at the time and it was a great price.

Stayed here for 4 weeks during a business trip in late May. The room was bigger than Tokyo and very convenient. The staff is outstanding — incredibly helpful and kind.

I was able to check in before 3pm and the triple room is spacious and clean. The reception staff are very polite and speaks English. It is near to many food and drinks places.

This hotel has a funny welcome gift of a token for the capsule machine near the elevator, which dispenses some little snacks that "Machida's famous goodies.

I love this hotel! Its easy to communicate with the staff as they speak good English. They're super nice and accommodating, too.
