Tokyo Prefecture Hotels with a Parking

I’ve stayed at APA Hotels in Japan before, but this one is my favourite. I didn’t expect this level of comfort, hospitality, and staff always ready to help.

Very nice. Small but cozy for two and great for the price. It was clean, didn’t encounter any insects for my stay which was about half a week there. Plus it was close to the train station.

Nice and Clean Hotel. The all of Staff are very friendly persons. A hotel to be on everyone's wish list.

To say that the hotel is outdated would be an understatement. I think they were the hotel where the athletes stayed during the 80s winter Olympics.

Cleanliness of room can be better, found a pouch belonging to someone else in the room, left lying in a corner of the room.

A lovely place to stay, run by a wonderful older couple who were more than happy to show you around or answer any questions you may have.

Absolutely the best ryokan food I have ever had in the whole Japan.
The food was so good, I actually miss it already.
I wish I could eat it again :)
Absolute amazing location to visit shrines.

Fantastic stay at this APA hotel. Very close to Haneda airport and Shinagawa station. You have two choices of major stations to ride: Kamata and Keikyu-Kamata. The former is busier than the latter.

Stayed here in December 2024 and would certainly do so again if I needed to be moving around between Yokohama, parts west, Tokyo center, etc.

This hotel uses a self-check-in system, so foreign travelers should note that you’ll need to input your home address during the process.

Great location with fair prices, 3 minutes walking distance to the train station. Surrounded by dining shops, coffee places, haircuts, market and shopping stores.

The staff was very nice and the room is great for the price. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, or you can take the bus nearby to Shinagawa Station.

Very nice modern facilities. Extremely close to Haneda airport. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Onsen was fantastic.

This hotel is in a great location. It’s near train stations, attractions (Ueno Park, Ameyokocho etc. ), convenience stores, bars/restaurants, shops and a grocery (Takeya).

There's a lot of APA hotels scattered throughout Japan, but this location specifically is excellent. Largely due to its great location. The rooms are modern, clean and in a great neighborhood.

Rooms: Always clean but covers are a bit worn out. Compared to other rooms/hotels you might get one that the walkable space is quite limited.

October 2025/Family travel/3 nights stay. My family of 4 adults stayed at Hotel Guest1 in the last week of October. We loved this hotel and the services.

Positive: Walking distance to transportations. Nice HOT shower. Negative: Could use a refresh painting, walls scratch, mattress and box springs are showing signs of needing replacements.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. The check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and very quiet. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a comfortable stay.

It's very close to Shinagawa Station so it is a very good location if you plan to do a lot of day trips.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Shinagawa Tobu Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short 5-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, which makes traveling around Tokyo extremely easy.

Spent the second half of Golden Week at this hotel. It's absoutely perfect for the solo traveller.

I stayed here for two weeks at the end of October to the beginning of November and the staff were great: really friendly and helpful.

First time at an APA Hotel and I like it. The rooms are smaller than the ones I usually stay at (~120sq vs ~150sq), but it's fine for a single person — two might be pushing it. The rooms are clean

It's a very nice hotel, in perfect distance to the famous running track around the imperial palace.
Akihabara is also only a 30 minutes walk away.

Very well located in Kanda, which means you are on walking distance from Akihabara, Imperial Palace, etc. Kanda station is also very close. Rooms are small, like in any Japanese hotel of this kind.

Great location with train stations and restaurants nearby. Room is small but clean. Free coffee and tea at the lobby.

The rooms are spacious. The facility for the kitchen and laundry is a plus. The locations was super, very close to the train station and lots of restaurants and supermarket. Very convenient.

Excellent, safe and best location to stay with family. Easy available 7 Eleven and family Mart shop. Near to all shopping area. Oven and tea catel, AC available. Best stay for 4/5 per. In quad room.

Small, dated but clean and affordable hotel.
Note that the "breakfast" is just some basic bread and cereal. It is not a proper breakfast buffet. Treat it as a non-breakfast hotel.

Really good comfy room for 2, had a good communal space and clean showers and bathrooms. The place was very central in the town, which made it easier for us to get to restaurants and supermarkets.

We had the large room, actually a small apartment at the 1st floor. It is good for a bigger group. Clean and well equipped. Good location in the center of Honson. Friendly owner.

I visited this place with my girlfriend just before New year, and it was incredible!

I really enjoyed my stay there. Yes the room was small but it was only me so it did not bother me much. The service and staff were great. The amenities that you get staying at this hotel were great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Sadly we only had one night here. This is a great place to stay longer.
