A wonderful working hotel. Breakfast is simple buffet, but hearty. Room is cleaned daily and the hotel is near a main subway hub. Second stay in five years and still enjoying it! LGBTI+ accepting.

I like almost everything here except the Internet.

Typical business hotel. Great location; surprisingly quiet despite being right next to Musashisakai Stn. Slightly more spacious bath, comfortable bed, multi-charger and competent staff.

Love the room as we booked the seaview room, definitely enjoyed our view. Their service for the banquet and front desk were awesome too, however housekeeping wise a bit inconsistent.

Fantastic location next to the station and a nice view of the mountains from our room. The staff were very kind and the premises were just awesome. The room was quite large and open.

The hotel is easily accessible from Nagano Station. Perfect location if you will use the Shinkansen very frequently. The room has all the basic necessities by Japanese standards.

This hotel allows late check-in. Just make sure you call ahead of time. I checked in at 9pm and it was smooth. The staff are nice and can speak English too.

Superb location. Room was dated but clean and well equipped. We loved the onsen! Indoor and outdoor plus cold lounge pool and a really nice changing area.

Only a few minutes walk from Nagano Station, the location is unbeatable.

The location is good to go around tokyo, and for a single person a single room is okay.

Everything is good except from the shower curtain not blocking the water properly.
Also, there is no place to park your bicycle. You have to park at public parking which is very annoying.

Staff is extremely helpful, hospitable, and friendly. The rooms are efficient and clean. The hotel is very close to everything including public transportation. Will definitely be back.

Rooms and service just fine for the price. Recommend early reservation here for a quick layover in Tokyo near the airport.

I find the staffs to be very friendly, they were helpful when I was checking in and tried to change coins for laundry. Room was small but typical.

Very nice hotel. No restaurant as such but the lobby has 24hr free noodles and soft drinks, also it's got a 7-11 next door which is handy for buying a meal.

We stayed at Quintessa for our travel to Japan in Nov 2025. It's a pretty nice hotel with a cosy vibe.

The location is brilliant — we loved the proximity to the Sensoji Temple and took full advantage of the opportunity to make the 5 minute walk there before breakfast, to experience the tranquil early

Fantastic location in Asakusa — 2 minute walk from the subway which goes directly to Narita and Haneda.

This is my second time I book this hotel, its the best. The staff are very friendly, the rooms always clean and neat.

Very clean. The room service is very thorough and on days when I didn't have my room cleaned, I was given a package with fresh towels. Everything worked well. Great water pressure, always hot.

Good place to stay. The rooms I stayed in was quite small, but it was enough room to sleep and hang out, so if this doesn't bother you, pretty ideal choice for the price range.

You can get to the hotel from Haneda Airport by taking the train twice, and it takes about 40-45 minutes on average.

I stayed at this hotel for just under a week. While it’s relatively affordable, in hindsight I think I would have enjoyed my stay in Tokyo a bit more if I had chosen a slightly nicer hotel.

I had a pleasant 4-night stay at this hotel. The lobby has a classic atmosphere, and I really enjoyed the music that played there and in the hallways.

We stayed at Moxy Kinshicho for about 10 days, and truly, everything about our experience was exceptional.

This was a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing and so close to everything while still being quiet. Bed is comfy (on the firm side but we prefer that.

In Kichijoji, this is one of the best choices in terms of location. It’s clean, and the room is fairly spacious for a Tokyo hotel. The staff are all very friendly.

Room was compact yet had everything you needed and enough space to rest. It was within good walking distance of many restaurants and metro stations.

Clean hotel just a 15 min walk from Shinjuku Station. From the airport I took the Narita Express train with direct connection to the Shinjuku Station. Plenty of stores and resturants next door.

An absolute joy to stay here. The rooms were spacious, the beds were ergonomic and could be adjusted to your comfort. The bathrooms were very clean and had all amenities that you would need.

One of the most clean hotels I even been the amniyet seem besutiful to take from reception. Staffs were kind and respectful.

I have a pleasant stay here. The room is actually large and much better than other hotel that I stay. Love the soap. The service? top tier. I love the quite vibe but and it is near Tokyo.
