Great place to stay in Tokyo! Outstanding staff always made us feel welcomed and was always readily available to help and always greeted us when we came back to the hotel. Great free breakfast buffet!

We stayed here for 5 nights and I would stay there again. The staf was very nice and professional and always helping with a smile.

The hotel location is very good near to the subway station. You have a lot of shop around it. I really like the room cause it has enough space to store your clothes, shoes, jacket etc.

This hotel is in a great location imo bc the it is really close to all the shops but not on a super busy/crowded road. There is a family Mart and 7-11 across the street.

We are currently staying at The Celestine Ginza in Tokyo for our honeymoon, and the experience has been absolutely wonderful.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel The Celestine Ginza for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The staff were very accomodating and the service was fantastic.

This hotel really takes care of your sleeping quality. They provide you with sleeping chocolate, a drink that helps you sleep. The pillow and bed they provide are super comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel in Ginza. I wanted to spend my birthday in Japan, it was my first time here & I brought my mom with me since she has never been out of the country.

Location was within a convenient walk of several subway stops — we were able to get pretty much anywhere in Tokyo we wanted to go. The included breakfast was also convenient with enough variation

Good location, within 5 to 10 mins walk from 2 metro stations. Modern, clean, commercial area. Very convenient for coffee shops and convenience stores.

Super convenient to Haneda Airport. Lot's of small shops within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is very good and a nice healthy start to the day.

Among the varying experiences at APA Hotels, this one stands out with its spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet includes many pre-prepared items but offers a wide variety.

I was looking for the reason behind the great reviews, and I believe it is the staff. The front desk staff are very respectful, accommodating, and they all speak good English.

Love this room. The standard is there. Room is of reasonable size. Bedsheets is smooth and standard hotel bed sheets. Bed is firm and comfortable.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is great — few min walk from Akiba station and not near the super noisy stuffs. Staff is friendly and can converse in English.

The staff don’t speak much English, but they are incredibly kind and helpful. They really made an effort to make me feel comfortable during my stay.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was large enough, with a large comfy bed, well equiped, super clean, with a daily cleaning service.

Great hotel. I stayed for 9 days and was satisfied. The rooms are small but comfortable and you can fully open a large suitcase. It was generally clean, although a bit dusty in some places.

Honestly one of the best places if you stay here in Tokyo with 3 different stations just 5-8 minutes of walking that gives you access to most of the whole city within 20-30 minutes of train rides.

We stayed at this hotel for more than a week. Hotel was great. Rooms are about average compared to other japanese hotels. Breakfast was good, it had a lot of choices due to it being a buffet.

Very clean contemporary hotel located close to Akihabara station. Our room included a room with tatami mat floor and futons. The main room included 2 twin beds, table and chairs and a kitchenette.

The room was very spacious! It was nice to have laundry in the room, as well as a full kitchenette! It was very convenient. There are a ton of convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

This is a very big hotel, nice facilities, and I had no complaints about my room, which was decent sized, neat, and comfortable.

This hotel is in a very convenient location for beginner tourists in Japan. You’re within walking distance of many subway stations, and those stations all connect to more lines!

I recommend staying here! The staff are very friendly and helpful for those who don't speak Japanese. Rooms are small and cozy, and our room on the 6th floor had a beautiful view of the city.

Rooms were clean, even though small and I would definitely recommend booking two single beds if you come with two person. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel displays a lot of creativity in maximizing and combining space for different purposes: TV screen right at the end of the bed; washing basin built into the desk… etc.

Really nice hotel, close to the Ginza line which is virtually nearby all the major areas of Tokyo. Room is small but clean and well organized. Respectful staff.
