It's an alright hotel for its price.
Location is good, it's near Nishi Shinjuku station.

Front desk staff helpful. Rooms are on the small side but clean. It is only a few minutes walk from the main areas of Shijuku. Metro is on a parallel road in front of the hotel.

Family of 5. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Quite spacious for Tokyo standards. Very clean.
Laundry and bathroom was seperate to kitchen and sleeping area which was great.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved staying at this hotel.

We knew the room was small, and it was. However this was easily made up with the most comfortable bed that we slept in whilst away. The pillows were not comfortable to use.

The hotel has an excellent location, situated in a calm neighborhood compared to the rest of Tokyo, while being only a two-minute walk from the subway station.

Overall a lovely hotel, close to the tozai train line, lots of eatery options around and many kombini stores. The room is spacious for Japanese standard and the bathroom awesome!

We stayed nine nights in this hotel. The first room that was given to us smelled of cigarettes. We notified the staff and they promptly offered a deep clean of the room while we were out.

Pros:
​Ideal Location: Just steps from Zenkoji Temple. Perfect for Hatsumode, especially since the hotel remains open through midnight.
​Great Service: The staff is quick and professional.

As other posts have said older styled hotel and rooms.
Service was fantastic and the hotel had the best bathroom of our trip. Breakfast was a good mix of Japanese and Western foods.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff are kind, helpful and careful. Check-in makes people feel very relaxed. It will be a return visit to the hotel.

MO Tokyo is certainly one of the world’s most luxurious hotels, immaculately clean, exquisite design throughout, world class dining even in room.

Having a free buffet-style breakfast is great. You can always come back as long as you want it until 9:00 in the morning.

This hotel is a part of a large chain of hotels in Tokyo. The location of this hotel is walking distance to the subway, ueno shopping street and of course to Akihabara as well.

Very clean. Front desk staff are lovely and helpful. Great location, many shops, restaurants etc. Close to the beautiful Ueno park and zoo. Rooms are tiny! Like so, so small.

I stayed in Twin room 1009. Quiet corner and top floor. Room is sufficient for opening 2 luggages but must close up to allow walking passage. Pajamas are comfortable.

We stayed in the panda room, it was really cute! The hotel location was really convenient and easy to find. The staff were really friendly and helpful as well.

Very close to stations. The room is great. Not too spacious, but enough to have two people lying down on the floor comfortably. Got specialized spaces for luggages underneath the bed.

Room is a little bit small but still cozy. People and the receiptionist are really helpful. They have a roof top area where you can take photos and also have a great view of Tokyo Tower.

We have stayed at this location twice when in Tokyo. The rooms are clean and the water pressure is high. The location is great; it’s a ~10-minute walk from two subway stations.

Even though the rooms are a bit small, it has everything you need. Their rooms have a huge TV with infotainment and movies. The location also is perfect as it is right in the heart of Roppongi.

Lovely stay for our family of four — room was beautiful and very spacious. Pool was absolutely stunning (though staff at the pool were a little pushy when you entered.

The service here is next level. All the staff are incredibly welcoming. The hotel is well appointed and immaculate. The rooms are quiet, with large bathrooms and wonderful bedding.

We stayed there with our toddler and the location was very convenient. The rooms are spacious compared to our stays in other hotels and the facilities are very well maintained and spotless!

We’ve stayed here several times and it’s one of our favourite hotels to stay at when visiting Tokyo. Rooms are typical Japanese style small, but well laid out and comfortable all around.

Location is extremely convenient, a short walk from the nearest station. Very quick to get to the airport and into Tokyo quickly.

We visited Japan with our son, daughter-in-law and their 8 year old twins in March. We stayed at the Centurion Classic in Akasaka for a few nights. The hotel was very pleasant.

What a welcoming experience! This hotel was conveniently located in the Asakasa district. Very close to Familymart and local shopping and dining. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel, well located with close access to attractions to the Tokyo Tower, parks, temples and shopping. Guest rooms and bathrooms are very spacious.

It’s a co-branded hotel with Marriott Chain. Seems it’s separate management from Marriott as the billing folio looked different. The staff are very nice as with most hotels in Tokyo.

Hotel is one of three Prince Hotels on this block, this one being singled out as part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection. Room was nice, big bathrooms, tub, and shower.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. They are super helpful to English speakers. It's clean and the views are amazing from up top. I didn't use the spa area though because I have tattoos.

Famous hotel nowadays, small room size but comfortable. We choose the hotel just between Ueno &Akihabara. Ten minutes walking to Subway station. Easy way to Ginza.

This hotel is great as I wanted to stay in Akihabara and while this is technically Ueno it’s right on the Main Street in Akiba. Very nice staff very clean facilities.

Fantastic experience. Point keeping it from being 5 stars were mixed bag of staff services. Above and beyond with allergies.

If I could give Oakwood Premier 10/10 I really would.

This is an incredible location for access to Tokyo Station, the Palace, and Ginza. The rooms are superb and the view helps inspire and relax.

This is truly the best service we have ever experienced.
