Probably 4.5 stars but the staff were so nice and the location was so good I rounded up. I'm 6'6" and the shower is about 6'5", so that was annoying, but the bed was comfortable and the breakfast

We stayed at this hotel from 8 to 12 December in room 908. This double room has two separate beds, a wardrobe, a fridge and a desk. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Located between Shibuya and Harajuku, it’s convenient for shopping. There are two nice small museums nearby too.

We came here 10 years ago and upon our "hisashiburi" return still love the place. They still have the great evening noodles, great bath and laundry facilities. They also have a great location.

Nice hotel and great staff. They helped us booked taxi, they stored our luggage and the room was quiet and comfortable. Excellent shower and comfortable bed.

We are in camping site at Toshiki and it was continuously raining so we booked in emergency and found hotel BedTeaBook near motomachi.

Awesome hotel in a cool neighborhood. There is a public onsen which was so relaxing after big days of walking.
The lobby had hair oils, coffee & tea, slippers and robes for guests.

The hotel was very easy to find and self check in was easy. The room was really quiet, I didn't hear any noise from the corridor at all.

​I recently stayed at the Mustard Hotel Shimokitazawa for three nights, from November 15th to 18th in room 228. We were on the second floor, where the majority of the rooms are located.

The Edoya hotel was the first hotel where we stayed upon our arrival in Tokyo. The rooms are just like we expected, the experience is unique for a very very very reasonable prize. Breakfast was great.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here, and it was our first introduction to a japanese style hotel in our travel. And still here at the end of our trip, it was one of the best places we stayed.

The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minutes walk to Nippori Station, where you can board the skyline to Narita, Tokyo subway and JR trains.

Pros: great location, friendly staff, room nice and big and generally clean, quiet! Would recommend!
Cons: we had a non smoking room but general smoke smell around hallways/slightly in room etc.

The hotel is in a small shopping centre near a number of restaurants and shops nearby and only 5-10 minute walk from the metro.

My stay has been fantastic. The room was small but quite comfortable and the staff have been extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. The location itself is also great.

Nice hotel with close proximity to subway station, from there ypu can explore Tokyo. Room is clean & the staff were wondeful. Most importantly budget friendly.

We stayed here for three nights and the highlights are definitely the hotel's hot baths; buffet breakfast; and proximity to a big selection of eateries.

However, found it inconvenient to work on laptop as power connection was too far from sofa. There was no chair to adjust the work position.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was neat, clean, and spacious, with a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety.

Easy transport by two metro lines. The hotel is so close to the station. They have money exchange machine at the lobby.

Location wise, it is ideally located near Kasai subway station.

The staff at 1166 backpackers were incredibly friendly. As a solo traveller I felt very welcomed chatting to them. The staff also recommended great places to visit in the local area.

Just stopped by for lunch as v handy at the foot of the slopes. Slight issue with ordering — machine just wasn’t working. So had to pay cash at the counter. But food was amazing.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ann Tsukiji.

Location is excellent, next to good food such as the tsukiji outer market, there are konbinis on the same block, train station and temple are near by. The staff were so kind and helpful.

Very professional business hotel, all the staffs speak excellent English and dressed in the highest standards. Rooms are very well looked after. We had a 4 people suite, size was comfortable.

Hotel is new and clean located near the fish market—an area that allows you to access many yummy street foods. The trade off is the surrounding smell, which is not bad though not as nice as in Ginza.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights following our arrival in Tokyo for a two week trip around Japan. It was a great place to stay in Tokyo.

For around $68 (10, 000 yen), Toyoko Inn Tokyo Station Shin-Ohashi Mae provides incredible value for travelers needing easy access to Tokyo Station.

Great location near Tokyo Station and relatively close underground station. The staff was extremely kind, helped us to save money by using their membership card.

The hotel is located between JR and Keikyu Kamata stations. It was less than 10 min walk from both stations and there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

It was easy to get to from Haneda Airport by train. The station is close to the hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and there is a 7-11 nearby.

Excellent value for families — They do not charge extra for children staying with you. The location is a 10min walk from the nearest station.

It's pretty cheap compared to other hotels in Tokyo area and it's very nice and decent. We are a family with 2 children, book a room but breakfast include our children without paying extra.

This is one the nicest business hotels I have ever stayed. Front desk staff are very helpful and truly friendly. They offer laundry facilities in the basement, but not folding table.

A quite neigbourhood area, which is good and not chaotic places like Shibuya or Shinjuku.
Shinagawa Seaside Station is located a few metres away that make the trip so convenient.

Staff — Hotel receptionists were prompt and efficient. They were able to communicate clearly in English. The check-in and check-out processes were relatively fast.

Stay: Couple. 2 nights in October 2025. Standard room for 2 guests, non-smoking.
Staff: Not exactly friendly but not rude either. Guided us to use the self check-in machine.
Location: Excellent.
