Very nice Courtyard. Staff was very welcoming (speak great English if your Japanese is rusty). The room was very clean, great bed, and nice Pajamas provided. Nicest courtyard I've ever staid in (1400+ nights with Marriott). Location is only about 5-6 minutes walk to the Tokyo station. If you are leaving the station head to the Yaesu Central or South exit (head away from the Imperial Palace).

My husband booked the suite here for me as the birthday gift. The room is so comfortable and spacious; and the hotel prepared the delicious welcome dessert. The most important thing is that hotel is near to harbor and 築地. I can enjoy the beautiful night view and head to 築地 at midnight to have yummy sushi. The breakfast here is also recommended.

Very good hotel, well situated, close to the central station and the metro station, very pleasant and helpful staff, they make you feel welcome from the first moment. A bit on the expensive side… Rooms are small, not suitable for large suitcases, but very clean and tidy.

Perfect for a great sleep any time of day. Black out blinds, comfortable bed, great pillows and quiet rooms. Location is very good: close to Tokyo Station so easy to get to and from Narita airport. Also, right next to Kyoboshi station so can easily get a subway anywhere.

Great service you’d expect at a Marriott. Front desk was very helpful with making reservations at restaurants etc. Rooms were small (expected in Tokyo) but clean and location is the major selling point. Located near 3 subway stations and diff lines, walkable to main train station. This was IDEAL. Lots to eat and shop around the corner and across the street, great great stay.

This Marriot business hotel has nice amenities. Big rooms and very comfy bed and helpful attendants and receptionist. A 10min walk to Tokyo Station. I will recommend this for travellers to Tokyo. Five stars for me.

Small room most Americans will find it too small. Like the location, also like that you see the business people go to work. It reminds me the Matrix movie fight scene everyone dress the same, coming out of buildings. About 3 small blocks to Tokyo station that station is an underground neighborhood. The employees are so nice. The reception check in is on the 2 floor I think, not ground level. The restaurant below is very professional with great employees nice way to start your day.

Great place to stay, so close to the train station. Very happy with the stay. Some free food vouchers for restaurants below with gold status, which was nice. Breakfast was good with a Japanese option, along with mostly american food. Several nice store in the area. Walking distance to a lot of stuff.

Great location easily accessible to the metro and JR lines to get around. Services were top notch. Rooms are a bit small but that's expected in Japan.

This hotel is in a very convenient location for Tokyo Station. 5 minutes brisk walk. The hotel is actually directly above Kyobashi Station which is worth noting for travel plans. Rooms were quite compact, but very comfortable. Every night 2 bottles of water are left in the room which was appreciated, and there is a refrigerator in the lobby with more bottles of you require them. Everything was clean (as expected) and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Hotel dining is provided by the restaurant and coffee shop in the ground floor of the building, and you are able to charge to your room from these businesses. Overall a decent option for Tokyo if you are able to get the appropriate room rate.

Perfect location in Tokyo close to train station and numerous subway stops. Service is exceptional and they really take care of their Marriott elites. One of my favorite Marriott properties in Asia!

An excellent hotel in a very useful location for easy access to regions within Tokyo. The rooms are comfortable and the service staff are welcoming.

The Gold Card check-in, ordered is queen size room has to send breakfast, four floors Beer Cola Unlimited supply, probably because many foreign business guests, the entire hotel fluent in English. The location is five minutes walk to Tokyo Station, and it can be reached when the weather is cold and not even in the rain. Although the room is as small as rumored, I would like to stay with the service for such a place.

This Courtyard hotel is located at a very convenient location. However the rooms are tiny. They do have excellent breakfast though, that's if your stay include breakfast.

Very clean hotel, placed wonderfully close to Ginza. Rooms are quiet and of decent size as for Japanese Market. Location for Tokyo sightseeing is great as it close to Tokyo Station and few metro lines. Great breakfast, but paid separately. On my stay if join or you are member of Marriott loyalty program you got 50% discount. For full price I would eat somewhere else. It would be too expensive.

This hotel is nicely located in the center of Tokyo, close to the station. Friendly staff, rooms are good, but compact, as may be expected in this part of town. Breakfast is at the ground floor restaurant, good quality, not excessive. In the evening it is a bar/restaurant, closing a bit early at 23.00. A good place to use as a basis for discovering Tokyo.

If you are a SPG/Marriott Rewards Platinum or Gold member, this is the hotel you want to stay in Tokyo! Great food & service at the hotel (breakfast & dinner). 24hr shops just 2mins walk, vending machines aplenty, good 5min walk distance location to Yaesu South Tokyo Station (premium outlet bus to Gotenba/Fuji, JR trains to Disneyland, airports and everywhere else), 2min walk to Ginza Metro Line (Yellow — not suitable for strollers) direct access to Shibuya and Ginza, easy same platform change to Shinjuku 4 stops away, and surrounded by alot of medium high end restaurants, 20mins walk to Imperial Palace via Tokyo Station. Rooms small (its Tokyo, so…) but rewards members may get upgraded to king size beds and Shiseido Bath set! There is a small fitness center at the hotel too open 24hrs. Great for couples but a little hassle for family with small kids especially when using the Metro. Free Wi-Fi everywhere!

I had breakfast at the cafe on the ground floor. The location is pretty good, being on top of the Kyobashi station. I ordered the honey butter rum latte, which was pretty nice on a cold morning.

Excellent location. Rooms are a bit small, not meant for families IMO. Great breakfast and rooms are very clean. 10-15min walk from Tokyo Station.

Very convenient place to book if you are flying from narita airport. Huge train staion will get you to whereever you set as the desinations by train.

The information on website about rooms is misleading and incorrect. The rooms are small with no space to work if you need to read, write or work on your computer. Internet is sometimes unstable and disconnects from time to time. "Lobby" bar is noisy and limited to beer and soda, and again with not much space for work, if you need to concentrate. The restaurant at the ground floor closes at 10 or 11pm (! ), even on Friday (! ).

Room was smaller than expected and frankly a bit claustrophobic. However amenities for gold reward members are great and really make you feel like a valued customer.

Location is pretty good — JR is a short walk and Metro is around the corner. Service is top notch. Breakfast buffet food selection and service is fantastic. The beds are super comfy. If there was bus service to/from airports, and there was a great view, it would be perfect, however, it’s still my great place, so I give it a 5.

Tiny rooms. But lots of free alcohol. Free breakfast for gold and platinum members. Lobby is on 4th floor, which was hard to find. Housekeeping came in the room even when we had the do not disturb light on.

For years I’ve repeatedly stayed at the Tokyo Station Courtyard. Just a across the street from the Kyobashi metro station, a few minutes away from the Tokyo Station and a short walk to Ginza; it’s location is simply second to none! The staff are always extra knowledgeable and friendly, and the two restaurants on the premises are excellent for breakfast and mid/late day snacks and meals.

Nice clean comfortable structure. Not too much room but nice. Area with all means of transport.

Luxury prices with economy service. Typical Courtyard service, which is acceptable, but the prices are exorbitant. You are much better off with another Japanese hotel in the area. Also, with the Courtyard model, staffing is limited. The service at the first floor cafe was very slow (waiting for a drink as a type), poor attitude by the servers, and mediocre food. No napkins, no utensils, poor service all around. Again, Courtyard service with full service prices. Lastly, as expected the rooms are small, which is to be expected in Tokyo, but the windows are small, and the overall room feels very sterile. Blank walls with the exception of a single tasteless painting above the bed. Much could be done to warm up the small living area. The desk is cold and utilitarian with a cheap chair. Overall the worst value for the money I have ever spent on a hotel in my 3000 plus hotel nights in my lifetime. Front desk staff was pleasant. And the room was very clean and decently (but not perfectly) maintained. If your tempted to pay the significantly higher prices for reward credit and elite service like I did, don't. It is just not worth it.

Good location and friendly concierge. I had a pleasant stay here for two weeks. Breakfast buffet is good and has different options. Extra plus as a gold/platinum level is that you get free breakfast and also evening light meal, drinks and snacks.

Can't beat the Super convenient location near Tokyo Station and Ginza. 24/7 gym. Perfect to catch the bullet train in and out of Tokyo. Staff and services are stellar. Clean and neat contemporary decor. Room sizes are rather small but it's Japan after all!

This hotel is very close to Tokyo station, but will require at least a 5-10 minute walk. It took me a little bit of time to find it so bear that in mind. However, the service is very good. The rooms are a little small, but clean. The restaurant downstairs has a great breakfast buffet. If you are looking for a place to lay your head for a few nights in Tokyo and you want a western friendly experience, this is a good choice.

少ないスタッフがキビキビと誇りを持って仕事をする姿は素晴らしい。 まだまだ成長過程の部分は随所に見られるが、期待に違わない成長を遂げると期待できる。 東京駅は日本の玄関の駅でもある。 2020年、再び五輪の旗がなびく頃には、更なる『おもてなし』を海外のお客様に見せてあげて欲しいと思う。

Rooms are very comfortable. Location is very convenient to the Station and nearby restaurants. Customer service is great, and all front desk staff speak English quite well. My only complaint is that the shower set-up spills water onto the floor very easily.

Had tea and desserts in the 1F tearoom. Service, drinks and food all were excellent. Highly recommended for a great upscale atmosphere.

4-star service with 5-star pricing. Motif Bar tables with a view book quickly. Half-price on select drinks at Happy Hour 5-7p but service is slow, so place your orders accordingly. Ordered vodka martini with two olives, was asked to repeat order, then confirmed; drinks delivered with one olive anyway.

Used the spa today, a bit on the pricy side, however, I feel brand new. Staff is super friendly, and the facility is mega clean.

I am a Japanese. I stayed at this hotel for business. This is an excellent hotel for a short trip. The room is clean and comfortable.

Nice staffs who always smile and willing to offer helps. It is a small hotel that all small rooms are located on the 2nd floor. Breakfast in a small bar with plenty of choices. Walked about 10mins from Tokyo Station Yaesu south exit. Also Tsukiji Market is about 20mins.

5 minutes walk from Tokyo Station, also can walk straight to Ginza. Very convenient. Rooms are small which is typical in Tokyo.

Tiny rooms, feels like cruise ship room… cheap decor… not modern. Extra charge for second person in the room even without breakfast… front desk tried to tell us this is normal in Japan… and it definitely isn't as I stayed in two hotels in Tokyo before moving to this hotel. Wasn't charged extra in any other place. Just find something else, totally not worth it.

First the room rate was based on 1 person. You pay an additional 3, 000 yen if you add an additional guest per guest per night, to the same small tiny suffocating room. We stayed at the Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel previously and it was 10x better. Courtyard was more expensive, smaller, and location was not as great. This won't be happening again.

Rooms are small, as to be expected in downtown Tokyo. Service was excellent. Parking was exceptional. Room was maintained professionally.

Kaori and the whole staff at Courtyard Marriott Tokyo Station have been superb. Clean rooms, great breakfast, awesome facilities, ideal location.

Close to Narita's bus station (5min) and metro exit, room is very small not easy to packing your stuff to luggage. Finally, very dirty of the shower.
