Our room was tiny, even by Japanese standards, but was OK so long as we didn't both want to move around at the same time.

Extremely nice stay perfect for a solo business traveller. They have everything — from laundry to a vending machine at your disposal 24x7!

I booked a 3-bed room. It's super compact but it could see the Tokyo Tower closely which was great.
The location was excellent.

What a great hotel. I loved the location. It so close to the metro and there so many restaurants to choice from. A Wendy's near by and close to the harry potter train station.

It is a nice 3 star hotel with a unique design. However, sometimes it looks like the designer preferred to be "cool" rather than useful. The way to control the temp.

I have a family trip with kids.
They add cute kids tooth brushes, slippers towels… to us.
Also fast response to request.
And few minutes walk to the JR station, that full of food!

An about average hotel. Nice, spacious rooms. The staff are accommodating and efficient. Good restaurant. Sadly I would not recommend it though.

Great place to stay! The dorm rooms are quite spacious n comfortable even for large luggage… the staff were very kind. Loved the idea of a Fitbit kind wearable room key.

I was impressed with our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and nice. There is a public bath for both men and women.

Rooms were small but big enough to sleep and keep your luggage. We were able to fit 2 pretty big guys on a bed. The bathrooms were small but big enough to do everything you needed.

Convenient hotel near the Yotsuya-Sanchome metro station. The rooms are small by most standards but standard for Tokyo. They are still well equipped and very clean.

For the price the hotel is pretty good. The rooms are quite small so expect to be opening luggage in the hall by the bathroom door.

Price is very good and is ideal especially for the solo traveller. Morning breakfast also comes with a good selection.
Laundry and vending machines also accessible.
Will come again in the future.

Great location and rooms are great for the price charged. Plenty of convenience stores located nearby the hotel and the train station is walking distance.

No frills, clean place in a neighborhood very near Family Mart and 7Eleven.

One of the most spacious places we have stayed — basic decor but super clean and had everything we could ask for. Good location for the Tokyo Flea Market and as a base for a few days exploring Tokyo.

Excellent rooms and location at the Grand Monday Ginza. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was good size for Tokyo standards. Shower was very nice.

I can’t speak highly enough of this new hotel in Ginza. I didn’t take room photos but they are exactly as the hotel pics.

Service was amazing, mi san yaddar was very helpful towards us. Room was great aswell. Location is good if you love walking and its close to family mart.

We (2 adults 2 kids) stayed 6 nights here in January 2026. We had an excellent stay. The apartments are spacious (for Tokyo! ) and well equipped, having a washer/dryer is a god send for families.

Very hospitable and helpful staff. Staff was accommodating and granted me time extension and allowed me to freshen up myself before taking the past midnight flight. Super grateful to them!

I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Ginza East. The facilities were modern, well-maintained, and made my stay extremely comfortable.

I have stayed at super hotel few times. I never been disappointed. Friendly service, clean room with all the amenities. They have a fantastic breakfast in the morning for you to enjoy!

Our room was small with a little walking room around a double bed on the floor. We dealt with it since we were there only 2 nights.

We had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Hotel Fino Akihabara. The location is excellent for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions.

The accommodation felt very safe. On 12/27, when guests forgot their belongings, the staff immediately prioritized service by notifying them as quickly as possible and verifying their documents.

Lovely place to stay, very close to stations so was super easy to move around, the area itself was quiet and safe.

Loved our stay here! Rooms are spacious yet affordable. Will definitely go back when we visit Tokyo again 🌟

What a wonderful experience. The location from the nearest station Ikebukuro station is less than 10 mins walk.

Though a little further from the train station compared to other hotels. It's strategically located above a convenience store.
A short walk from Ichiran Ramen.

I gave this hotel four stars mainly because the staff were friendly and polite, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

This hotel provides superb meals especially their dinners. Service was excellent. The rooms are large and has all the right features except the air conditioning which is too warm.

Excellent service! We only speak English (minimal Japanese) and needed to see a doctor for a medical emergency while traveling.
