The location is absolutely perfect. You can walk everywhere. We only used a cab to arrive and to leave because everything is close and walkable.

Beautiful little boutique bed and breakfast in the heart of Florence with only 5 rooms! The location was second to none, you are able to walk absolutely everywhere.

The host Lorela is the most welcoming and helpful person we ever met in Italy and her attitude is enough to give this place a 5 stars review.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Lorella and Francesco are wonderful hosts.

Was a good experience, it is locater 10 minutes from the main station and the first landmark. Friendly staff that were very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend if you're coming for holiday.

Lovely building, small cozy hotel with near options to eat. Good calm breakfast and great staff! A little far from center but with a 5 min walk, you get to the bus stop.

We have a lovely air conditioned room, probably best location if your happy to drive a car I Italy. We are getting taxis mainly to central Florence. Breakfast delicious lots of options.

We stayed there for one night. It was three of us with my 9 yo daughter. The room was clean and ok. By the way it is an old building at the heart of the town.

Florence has much to offer. This BnB was in a great location, walking distance from the train station. Friendly and helpful.

Fantastic place to stay. The family was very impressed. The apartment was a great size, great specifications, everything was well considered — loved the hide-able kitchen.

This hotel was by far the most luxurious we stay in while traveling in Italy. And, it was a quick walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The hotel lobby and rooms are brand new and state of the art.

Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. The staff are top-notch and always respond quickly if you have any questions. The rooms are clean, cozy, and exactly as described.

Located at a market-type square. Each morning and evening, vendors are rolling carts over the cobblestones. In the evenings, there were musicians.

The room was big with complete amenities. They clean the room everyday so you feel good after a long walk in Florence.

From the level of hospitality, the warmth, friendliness, informative, and all the basic necessities are top tier! Location is also 10/10, makes it easy to go anywhere. Definitely highly recommended!

I visited the accommodation twice and was extremely satisfied. The room was clean, and it's clear they are progressing. The second time, the same room had new furnishings.

I picked this hotel to be close to the airport. I'm not sure it felt like a super safe location at night. It was 20 euros to the airport from here (I needed to leave before the Saturday tram started).

Our stay was comfy. Despite the location, we were 5-6 min walking from the closest Tram stop, which took us to the center.

The responses to messages were always quick, making my stay much more comfortable.

We stayed here for our first visit to Florence, we are very happy we did. First of all our host Elana is so welcoming and friendly, the room is so nice and big with a nice spacious bathroom too.

Marco and Daniel were warm and gracious hosts. The B&B was clean, safe and comfortable… and so easy and convenient to get to all the places we wanted to see in town.

Wonderful place on a quiet street, minutes walk away from all the attractions Florence has to offer! Leonardo and Francesca were lovely hosts.

Thsi is my second time staying here… I love the rooms… this time I booked just a double as I was only staying for two nites. It was large and had everyhting I needed.
