A lovely room to stay in Florence.

Thwir family rooms I so big for 3 people, with the balcony. Breakfast food and facility and its crew are the best.
Esp Mohammed and Jaxob! Very attentive and helpful!

We spent a night in Florence as a transition night, traveling from Spello to Cinque Terre. This was such a comfortable and well-managed hotel. The guest service was top-notch!

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Boutique Hugo in Florence. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home.

The hotel is small, situated on thecthird floor, no lift if you have a lot of laguage it may be a problem. Stayed for one night, the area is 10 min walking from the center.

Visited for a week in December 2024, had a great time. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel with great services. Excellent value if you’re fine with walking a bit.

Friendly staff in a good location only a few minutes from the train and 10-15 from most historic sites.
But, there are 2 things to be aware of if you book.

Albert is extremely helpful in helping us check in and get to know florence. The room is regularly cleaned, big space, and has complete amenities.

Hotel is perfectly located minutes from the train station and steps from the river. Easy walk along the river to city center, Uffizi, and restaurants.

Room: good! clean and modern.
Service: great! except old man (he was afternoon shift, we say Hi but he didn’t see us and answer)
Location: good! Was very quiet area.

Absolutely spectacular stay here. The location was right in the lovely Piazza Santo Spirito and very convenient to walk to with lots of great restaurants nearby.

The staff took great care of us, helpful and communicative. The room was lovely and quiet, despite the bustling courtyard below. Our bed was cozy and comfortable.

Ahmed the bar man made us feel so special. The girls on reception and the breakfast staff always had a warm welcome and a friendly smile. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights in June. It was really hot the entire week we were in Florence. With the apartment having air conditioning, it was an absolute joy coming home and being able to cool off.

Well situated clean and comfortable apartment with Flavia as an excellent host.

Just spent 3 nights in the most friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed. Staff are so welcoming and helpful, location is spot on and close to everything. I would not hesitate using Hotel del Corso again.
