Our stay in Florence was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city.

15 to 25 min. Walking distance from everything in Florence Town.
Friendly and efficient staff, especially Mircel.
Proper size room and bathroom. Always,
Clean and Warm.

Hotel is perfectly located minutes from the train station and steps from the river. Easy walk along the river to city center, Uffizi, and restaurants.

Room: good! clean and modern.
Service: great! except old man (he was afternoon shift, we say Hi but he didn’t see us and answer)
Location: good! Was very quiet area.

Friendly staff in a good location only a few minutes from the train and 10-15 from most historic sites.
But, there are 2 things to be aware of if you book.

Albert is extremely helpful in helping us check in and get to know florence. The room is regularly cleaned, big space, and has complete amenities.

Thwir family rooms I so big for 3 people, with the balcony. Breakfast food and facility and its crew are the best.

We spent a night in Florence as a transition night, traveling from Spello to Cinque Terre. This was such a comfortable and well-managed hotel. The guest service was top-notch!

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Boutique Hugo in Florence. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home.

The hotel is small, situated on thecthird floor, no lift if you have a lot of laguage it may be a problem. Stayed for one night, the area is 10 min walking from the center.

I haven't stayed here yet, we have reservations for this coming May but this is to show my appreciation to Gregorio. I foolishly booked the wrong first night of our stay and it was non refundable.

We stayed here in January as a family, myself, my wife and our son, and it was easily our favourite stay in Florence.

Ahmed the bar man made us feel so special. The girls on reception and the breakfast staff always had a warm welcome and a friendly smile. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights in June. It was really hot the entire week we were in Florence. With the apartment having air conditioning, it was an absolute joy coming home and being able to cool off.
