This hotel is the cream of the crop. Silvia and Filippo was amazing with their helpfulness and ensuring a luxurious stay and visit to Florence.

Sylvia and Filippo were very nice and welcoming. They gave us great advice for restaurants and other suggestions. The room was very clean. The hotel is prime spot in Firenze.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring.

We reserved 2 Deluxe rooms at the Hotel Number Nine. The rooms were clean & spacious, the lobby area well designed. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Great and helpful staff. Excellent location – about 20–25 minutes to the city center. Hassle-free parking – the staff parks the car in the underground garage. Beautiful rooms, cleaned every day.

The hotel is amazing. The price is super reasonable. The room is very comfortable. James is very nice, friendly and helpful. He helps us a lot in the restaurant recommendations.

We had an incredible stay at the Brunelleschi! We had the Duomo suite and our boys were upgraded to room 502 with a 360 degree view of Florence. Highly recommend that room. Just incredible ambiance.

Just had a fantastic three nights in this beautiful hotel. Right in the centre of Florence, really friendly staff and a lovely bar area to have a drink after a days sight seeing.

Stayed here early October 2025 five nights. We had a superior room with balcony, very happy with the stay.

We stayed at the Villa Cora in a family room, the room was split level with separate rooms meaning we could all have a good nights sleep. Gifts were given to our boys which was a lovely touch.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the service could be spotty sometimes despite their best intent to help.

I booked a room with a balcony. Our room was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean.

Really nice hotel in a good and quiet location. It is not super near the main tourist attractions, but it was worth the walk to have silence at night.

We arrived at the hotel in the morning and our two rooms were not ready yet. Special mention goes to Sergio at the front desk, who was on duty that day and truly set the tone for our stay.

Absolutely lovely two night stay. Its close to the train station and all local amenities. The room was lovely. Warm, stocked minibar everyday and clean.

I booked this hotel as part of my birthday week away in Italy. When booking this was perhaps slightly more expensive than others nearby by about £50.

Could not be happier with our stay at Hotel IQ in Florence. My daughter (22) says they have the best breakfast ever, we all have to agree.

Location, decoration and property are truly exceptional, so is front desk staff. Breakfast is plain, definitely not “Michelin star” as described.

From check in to departure, the service level we experienced was top notch. Reception staff and the concierge were all very helpful, polite and attentive.

Stayed here in August 2024, and what an amazing hotel. We had a room in one of the lodges in the grounds and it was huge with high ceilings and amazing bathroom.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. When I asked for an extra blanket, they provided the softest, fluffliest, wool blanket. Got a room with a bathtub, which was amazing.

Beautiful boutique hotel approx 15-20 mins walk into centre of Florence in a peaceful area outside of the busy centre. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and always helpful.

Can't say enough good things about Palazzo Lorenzo. It's beautiful, well kept, clean, and picture perfect.

Hotel royal is set in a quiet part of the city theres a handy supermarket in the same street as well as a classy smaller bakery that does fine coffee and pastries.

This hotel is very old but beautifully maintained. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

Stylish & clean hotel. Later on found out part of it is student residence, felt a bit out of place but overall good experience.

Interesting concept as it was a mix of hotel guests and longer term residents. Decor is more facility-like than hotel-like.

The hotel is across the river from the main tourist attractions but still very walkable.
Our room was large and comfortable. It's January, so not full and it's quiet.

The location was perfect: a short walk over the Arno into town and not too far from the Piazzale Michelangelo (beautiful views).

We loved our stay at Croce di Malta. Everyone there was kind and helpful. The room was perfect and had a small balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood.

Hands down the best hotel we stayed at on our entire trip. The value here is unreal — it honestly felt too good to be true.
