The staff was wonderful. The room was comfortable with a fun view for people watching. We enjoyed the artifacts in the basement of the hotel. The staff members gave us great dining and touring tips! Can't say enough. It was the trip of a lifetime.

What can I say, this is the best hotel that I have stayed in. Me and my wife spent our 10th Wedding Anniversary here and the hotel could not do enough for us. All the staff were so friendly and helpful especially Paulus (hopefully that is the correct spelling). Will definitely coming back to stay when we visit the lovely city of Florence again.

Beautiful historic hotel in a quiet location and yet right at the heart of Florence. Very friendly and helpful concierge service and the restaurant was incredible, intimate dining in the tower with out of this world food and wines.

We love the hotel and everyone on the staff. It is our home away from home and we highly recommend staying there! The location is the best, hidden in a quiet corner just steps away from the Duomo and Piazza Republica!

5 stars isn't enough! What an experience. Me and my wife were in florence for one night as a part of our anniversary trip and it was indeed the most memorable stay. The hotel itself is a gem. The staff was super friendly and service oriented. They were able to upgrade us to the junior suite and it was phenomenal. Attention was paid to make even the minutest details perfect. It was indeed my wife's dream hotel stay! When I return to florence I look forward to coming back :)

The location is excellent you can walk to all the sites and shopping. The staff is excellent, helpful and it's obvious they take pride in their work and their hotel. The rooms are lovely with very high ceilings, contemporary furnishings & a super comfortable bed. Abd finally the food… omg the breakfast buffet was exceptional, the Americano coffee was perfect and the Osteria fella Pagliazza restaurant with the exterior terrace was fabulous last night, great service & food. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and I'm still enjoying my stay here!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Europe. Very nice rooms, excellent A/C and the breakfast was top notch. The staff was 5-star as well. Only complaint is the Wifi reception was terrible, but I won't let that take away for the wonderful experience we had at this place. Truly 5 star. Great location too!

My only question is as follows; why is Hotel Brunelleschi only four stars and not five stars? This hotel is amazing. It’s beautiful! The staff are so friendly. The rooms are spacious and modern, yet very classy. The restrooms are modern with a rainfall showerhead. I will only be staying here in the future. By far the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Italy.

Truly gorgeous at par with a 5 star rating. Very friendly staff. Located in the heart of Florence between the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. If you use the valet parking you can arrive in front of the hotel and leave the car to the valet.

Those evil-doers have failed to post our reviews for some unknown reason! … However, I have posted on my own Facebook page today (Susan Shahan) my regard for you and your hotel. Very good and courteous staff. Very good rooms and a rich breakfast are offered. The hotel offers an upscale service and also conveys this. It is not a hotel for the 08/15 tourist.

This Hotel must have the best location in the whole of Florence. Almost everything that you want to see is within "easy" walking distance. The staff are helpful and friendly and the umbrella's were so useful as the weather was not brilliant. The Restaurant food was great but the wine was expensive. The Porter was particularly helpful & friendly. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom great although just showing a little age. The bath robes were for children and should be replaced as they are now far too old. I would certainly want to staff at this great Hotel again.

This is an amazing hotel, I felt spoiled in this hotel on my 2017 trip. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was with my family and we got a family suite with its own hallway and it was an amazing experience. My room had a view of the bells near by. It had amazing ac in the summer when I went so the room was nice and cool. The shower in the bathroom was amazingly huge. The rooms were clean and updated. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms have a safe for things such as passports or valuables. There was a variety of food for breakfast and there were two separate rooms for the breakfast buffet. The hotel itself is hidden, but that is what makes it cool. There is a gym, but you don't need it because you spend all day walking and roaming through the streets of Firenze aka Florence. The hotel is near the city center, and a huge variety of stores. There are many sightseeing areas that are walking distance. You will get very tired after a day of walking around and sightseeing, and love going back to this hotel. The only con is that there are so many elevators, but the pros cancel out the only con. This hotel was my favorite hotel out of my trip in Italia aka Italy. I definitely recommend booking this hotel when going to Florence, Italy.

I was a guest at a lunch for a wedding. Perfect food and great service, very classy but dimly lit environment, although it is definitely the right environment for those looking for luxury experiences.

High level Hotel, courtesy and kindness on the agenda! We have been there more than once and it is always a nice experience. Rooms and cleanliness at the top. Breakfast always plentiful and products always fresh. Not to mention the location. You're basically in the middle of everything! Top.

Entrance could be a bit difficult to find; located within tall walls and narrow passages. Pretty fancy place. Breakfast is served from 7:00AM — 10:30AM. Quite delicious food choices compared to other hotels we've been in around Europe. Interiors are a fusion of antique amd modern design. Gym is available till 9:00PM. Staff are professional and classy, lacking a bit of a friendly face in my opinion.

The room was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I also recommend the hotel restaurant. Everything was delicious.

AMAZING hotel, my family and I went this summer and it was so AMAZING. It was the best hotel we have ever been in. The hotel is slightly hidden, but that is what made it cool, and it is very accessible to the city. Our room had a view of the bells and we could see them ringing. We got a family suite and a small hallway to ourselves.

Great property. Needs to be managed better. With multiple elevators connecting multiple buildings at different levels and poor signage, most hotel guests have trouble reaching their rooms. This is all compounded by a very indifferent staff. Alain from the concierge was the only helpful person and full of cheer in an otherwise gloomy front office at the hotel. On the other hand, the breakfast place was excellent — great options and very good service.

Nice Hotel but very uncomfortable location for those who reach by car, considering that it is almost compulsory to use a garage, whose daily rate is 39 euros. Our room very small and a moons that covered part of the TV. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff at the reception.

This is a first class hotel in every way. We had a deluxe room on the 2nd floor. Whilst there was no view from the windows, the room itself was fantastic. Staff are the best I've ever dealt with anywhere in the World. We will definitely be returning.

This is a nice hotel in a great part of town. The included breakfast buffet was large. Our shower was a little small but had good pressure.

We stayed in the tower suite and it felt great. The kids love it and we have a great view of the cathedral. The location is great and you can walk from the hotel to almost anywhere. Breakfast is good every day, the food children are willing to eat. The staff were very helpful. We have recommended this hotel to our friends many times and will stay here later.

We are currently staying at Hotel Brunelleschi and it is fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the front desk was as pleasant as can be and check in took under two minutes. The hotel manager came out to personally welcome us and our bags were taken straight to our room. We were given a quick overview of the hotel and tour of our room. Breakfast in the morning is amazing and included as well. This is by far one of the nicest and most charming hotels I've stayed at in a long time! I will definitely be coming back!

We could not have been happier at hotel Brunelleschi. The service was fabulous with our concierge, Paulus, particularly wonderful and helpful. They were especially helpful when our bags took 24 hours to be delivered from the airport! We brought our two teenagers (16 and 18) and stayed in an upper-level suite with a fabulous view of Il Duomo. The food was delicious and servers bent over backwards to make certain that each of us was happy with meal, etc. Especially thankful for Demetrio at breakfast. Everyone was able to assist us in English, as our Italian is especially dreadful to nonexistent. We could not be happier with the experience at hotel Brunelleschi, or Florence in general, and would come back to the same hotel if in Italy again.

Have I stayed in more modern, fancier rooms? Yes. Have I ever stayed in a more interesting hotel? No. Have I ever stayed in a hotel with a better location. No. It's a delightful place to stay in a magical city.

I loved room 418! A spacious suite, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Climb to the patio on the roof for a bird's eye view of the city and unobstructed view of the Duomo! What a romantic way to end the a perfect day.
