The hotel has a rather gloomy atmosphere. Nobody is smiling your face at the reception. Maybe they had a busy day, idk.
There is no prayer room, and there seems to be no real intention to be helpful. They do not offer any halal food options, services, or assurances.
Yes, as Muslims, we are allowed to eat the meat slaughtered by the People of the Book, and thankfully our religion provides this ease, so there is no issue with that because Angola is a Christian country.
However, at the very least, when guests ask about halal food or a prayer room, the hotel staff should not react as if an object from outer space is approaching—especially in a hotel of this quality.
However, thanks to Chef Antonio, who understood the Islamic sensitivity regarding pork products and cooking requirements of the dishes for muslims and was very considerate. He kindly prepared a beautiful pasta with Bolognese sauce. It tasted amazing, and I definitely recommend any kind of pasta that you should try from him.
Apart from that, the services are exactly what you would expect from a four-star hotel. At this point, there is no real meaning in praising or criticizing these standard features. What truly matters—and what should be discussed—is maintaining respect, tolerance, and the willingness to help people from different cultures and religions.
Thanks for the service in the end, I left happy but not satisfied.

These Hotel is in main city where you can enjoy the view of the Luanda city. And their service was very pleasant. Down side they have an buffet as well as separate restaurant. Mostly you can find European and Angolan cuisine. Food was more authentic and ambiance is lovely.
