I have always stayed in your hotel whenever I come to Luanda. It has always given good services. The breakfast is excellent and staff in the kitchen are friendly. The only issue I have is that DSTv channels are not available in the rooms.

This hotel is not value for money. May be that's Luanda for you. They claim it to be 4 star but I would rate it 3 star. The rooms are very neat and clean with good cozy ambiance, but the overall look it quite old now. They need to revamp the carpets and especially their main lobby. TV channels need to be added for supersports and mnet movie channels. Internet is top notch.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the hotel. At my arrival the receptionist was friendly and very helpfull towards a taxi and a wake up call I needed for the following morning! My luggage was kindly delivered to my room and I really appreciated, since I was in no state of caring it anymore! The suite was super spacious, quiet and with a very comfortable bed… I would definitely recommend this hotel.

An exquisite hotel. Top class facilities and very relaxing environment. However staff friendliness needs attention. The friendliest staff are those polite gentlemen that greet you at the door and offer to carry your luggage. The rest have sullen sad faces that made me feel very uncomfortable especially the staff in the dining area. They looked like they did not want to be there at all and if you asked for something it was met with an attitude as though you were bothering them.

Truly saying I enjoyed staying on Alvade Hotel although it was shor time.

A pleasant stay at the Alvalade. Room was clean and there was good, friendly service from the staff. An enjoyable lunch.

In general, the hotel is up to the standard. I found the room service as well as the gym so good. I could not try the swimming pool as it is not conveniently placed as well as it is too small. My main concern was on the front line receptionists which are not professional at all. They are not reading at each other and there is no one to make a decision or to talk to. I even sent an email to ask for the manager and no response was received. There is a need to really improve on this part. Otherwise, the hotel is good.

Cozy and nice hotel… a bit expensive but trendy with oil companies. I like when they play piano at the hall.

The hotel good big rooms with a safe, fridge kettle etc. The food is also not bad but like a lot of things in Angola its really expensive. The staff is also friendly. Would recommend this hotel for any one.

Very good and clean hotel rooms. Very co-operative. meal section is good selection for even vegetarian, being I am a vegetarian, the rest non-veg is very good selection as my friends info. Overall rating is very good.

A sanctuary in the heart of Luanda. Prices are not cheap but are commensurate with other hotels in the Luanda area. Good rooms and service. Good restaurant and bar area.
