Nice and reasonable stay. The staff is quite strict though. Services could have been better. In our 2 Nights stay, we did not get fresh towels, neither enough quantity of soap.

I had a private room and it was amazing! Plenty of room, clean, storage space. No fridge or microwave. If I were to stay in a shared room, I would stay here because of the big common spaces with the pool and rooftop terrace! It was also the perfect place in town to walk to everything and was near the train station. Couldn't have picked a better place!

Lovely accomodation, really good for the price. Clean and comfortable room. No privacy curtains on beds. Staff helpful and accomodating. Washing facilities clean and easy to use but lots of machines out of order. Outdoor pool clean and enjoyable, indoor pool was closed.

Good hostel, easy check in process. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk from the train station and about 20-30 from most interesting things in Florence, so it isn't a centralized location. I was excited to hear there was a gym, which turned out to be a small room with three running machines. I was doing enough walking on my own, so this was disappointing.
Other than that, a good way to see Florence for cheap.

Overall Impression:
I would not recommend this hostel due to the numerous issues and poor quality of the facilities. The reviews may be high but it's not worth the inconvenience, frustration, and dishonest service. There are likely better options available for a similar price point. This hostel's service and room was so poor that it was one of the worst experiences I've had while traveling.
Long Check-in Time: Despite there being only three people ahead of us, we waited 25 minutes to check in. This is unacceptable, especially for hostel with so many rooms.
Swimming Pool Information: The swimming pool hours were not clearly advertised on the website. Additionally, guests were required to have a room card to access the pool, which limited the ability to swim spontaneously. This was a major factor in booking the hostel, so it was frustrating to find out about this restriction.
Building: We were in a building away from the hostel and facilities (Building B), causing further confusion and delay.
Late Check-In: We didn't enter the room until 9:45 PM, and checkout was at 10 AM. This limited our time to enjoy the facilities.
Slow Lift: The lift was extremely slow, which was inconvenient for guests with luggage or mobility issues.
Poor Room Quality: The room was cheap-looking and poorly maintained. The price did not reflect the quality of the accommodation.
Non-Functional Toilet: The toilet was faulty and made a loud beeping sound for 30 seconds.

All unpleasant, cleaning women who come into the room with the people inside while sleeping no bedside table even to lay a cell phone no bar service and on the phone present it to you in a different way, and a panorama from crap wall and garbage that shame!

I stayed there with my wife. In a private room. But the thing was in the schools off time it was too crowded by the students and too much loud.

I was for 3 weeks and I can say that I liked it so much. The rooms are quiet, bed comfortable and everything perfect… I Have been in many hostel and this one I liked it so much, it seemed that I was on vacation… ❤❤

I left something in our room and have had no response at all. Considering there is 24 hour concierge this is so frustrating. There has been no contact and every time I call it seems no one can answer my question which is so frustrating. The room was also advertised very differently than the one we received.

Nice hotel/hostel but terrible customer service. I stayed there on December 26, there was no electricity for about 8 hours, which means:
— the lifts didn't work and I had to climb to the 6th floor to access my room.
— I couldn't open the door to the room because the key card didn't work.
— I had to go to the reception to ask someone to open the door for me.
Every. Single. Time. The reception area was crowded, there was no information from the staff as to what happened and when they expect the power to be back. I couldn't really stay in the room as there was no electricity — no light, no power in sockets, no Wi-Fi, no TV, and no heating. The staff didn't offer to change the rooms (there main building was not affected by the power cut). When I emailed the customer service and asked for a partial refund for that day, they only responded that it wasn't their fault and that all affected customers could stay at the reception. Seriously? I paid for a private room and you think that staying at the reception is the same thing as staying in the room? Ridiculous. I don't think I will ever use your hotel again if this is how you treat the customers.

Thank you for this wonderful experience of hosting us in Florence! Great location in the very heart of the city, clean and spacious room, nice people! Congrats for the roof terrace that offers a great view.

Spent a week here being of the older generation we. Were worried after reading reviews. Our double room was fantastic very clean and cleaned every day. Youngsters in the pool bar at night always very friendly and tried to include everybody. Reception could get very busy for checking in and out.

Very clean, room just like a hotel. 5 minute walk to Cathedral. Disco, bar, pool, waterfall pool, restaurant, helpful staff and amazing people from all over the world. Loving my stay!
