Hotel Rapallo was a such peaceful and quiet refuge in our week filled with excitement, bustling crowds, and tourists. The hotel is immaculate, quiet, and the staff was beyond words.

Can not see how any reviewer could rate this hotel less than 5 stars. Location, service, & room could not possibly be improved on. From checking in to checking out it's been a perfect stay.

Stylish & clean hotel. Later on found out part of it is student residence, felt a bit out of place but overall good experience.

Interesting concept as it was a mix of hotel guests and longer term residents. Decor is more facility-like than hotel-like.

Hotel royal is set in a quiet part of the city theres a handy supermarket in the same street as well as a classy smaller bakery that does fine coffee and pastries.

This hotel is very old but beautifully maintained. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

Ahmed the bar man made us feel so special. The girls on reception and the breakfast staff always had a warm welcome and a friendly smile. I would definitely stay here again.

From the outside it is hard to realize how big this place is. There were already big groups of students were staying here.

Nice and reasonable stay. The staff is quite strict though. Services could have been better. In our 2 Nights stay, we did not get fresh towels, neither enough quantity of soap.

4 night, long weekend with my daughter for my"60th". Very good location, 10 minute walk from the station and 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Always clean and tidy in our room.

Stayed here for one night in the middle of june as a solo traveller. I stayed in the city view room, which was immaculate. There was a fan on when I arrived which kept it cool.

Aesthetically done B&B with a very good location. Nice clean spacious room with a shared kitchen having complementary little breakfast.

Daniela and her son Alessio were very helpful with the check in and looked after our luggage when we checked out late. Wonderful and kind hosts who look after guests from overseas.

Hotel is in shared old building. The common areas look rundown but the actual room was exceptional and meticulously cleaned.

We have stayed 4 times at the Residenza Johanna and would always come back.
