Hotels in Fortezza da Basso with Parking

Hotel Rapallo was a such peaceful and quiet refuge in our week filled with excitement, bustling crowds, and tourists. The hotel is immaculate, quiet, and the staff was beyond words.

Can not see how any reviewer could rate this hotel less than 5 stars. Location, service, & room could not possibly be improved on. From checking in to checking out it's been a perfect stay.

From the outside it is hard to realize how big this place is. There were already big groups of students were staying here.

Nice and reasonable stay. The staff is quite strict though. Services could have been better. In our 2 Nights stay, we did not get fresh towels, neither enough quantity of soap.

I found myself from god. Comfortable and spotless rooms… Professional and easy-going staff! I will be back.

Beautiful hotel with very nice and accommodating staff. The rooms are very clean, seem to be newly renovated, but are a bit small. Perfect if you're only planning to use the hotel to sleep.

When booking this hotel, I had booked several others for my trip so I had forgotten what this one looked like. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived.

Hotel royal is set in a quiet part of the city theres a handy supermarket in the same street as well as a classy smaller bakery that does fine coffee and pastries.

This hotel is very old but beautifully maintained. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

The room is newly renovated—very comfortable, cozy, and clean. The staff are nice, and the location is great as well.

Great big rooms.
Great bed and shower.
Perfect location, close to the S. M. N station and to the central of Firenze.
There is no lobby when you entered the building.
The stairs are narrow.

Very nice host. Well organized! Not too far to old town and all sights. Great restaurant recommendations.
Room was OK with small bathroom and functional shower, good bed.

The room is clean, dramatic and spacious!
It was a really good stay.
Lorezzo always try to help us with all that we need.
Breakfast was yummy.
Parking option is one minute walking from the property.

4 night, long weekend with my daughter for my"60th". Very good location, 10 minute walk from the station and 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Always clean and tidy in our room.

The perfect B&B for a quick visit to Florence.
The rooms, reception & breakfast room were all very clean and comfortable with good beds & bedding which made for a good nights sleep.

I visited the accommodation twice and was extremely satisfied. The room was clean, and it's clear they are progressing. The second time, the same room had new furnishings.

Very good room, unpretentious, nicely kept, it was big, comfortable, clean and very close (within walking distance) to the main attractions, being the closest one Mercatto San Lorenzo (Mercatto

A very nice hotel for a few days. The room was clean and very spacious, the bathroom large and fresh. A good breakfast at a nearby cafe. The hotel's location was excellent.

We only stayed here one evening on a brief stopover between Rome and Florence. A beautiful medieval building with amazing windows.

Aesthetically done B&B with a very good location. Nice clean spacious room with a shared kitchen having complementary little breakfast.

Daniela and her son Alessio were very helpful with the check in and looked after our luggage when we checked out late. Wonderful and kind hosts who look after guests from overseas.

This hotel is located at the center of all the must visit and see in Florence.
The receptionist Massimo provided us with an outstanding customer service.

Hotel is in shared old building. The common areas look rundown but the actual room was exceptional and meticulously cleaned.

Check in is on the other side off the road, as is the breakfast. Room was pretty small but clean. The bathroom could be cleaner.

We have stayed 4 times at the Residenza Johanna and would always come back.

I enjoyed staying at Tourist liberty House. Not far from the train station but you have to walk 15-20 min to get to the main attractions. Overall friendly staff, very clean and quiet environment.

I booked this hotel via the Qantas website. Did not research prior to booking.
I stayed for 2 nights during the 3rd heat wave.
Assess to the building is a little confusing.

I booked the superior room which has bathroom inside it. The room was huge and spacious.

Just amazing. Check in was at Hotel VIlla Royal, and we were escorted just a corner away, to our lodging. It is a big palazzo. And our room was on the groung floor, just 4 stairs up from ground floor.
