It's a cozy hotel. Clean room with white towels and towels. Excellent TV signal with a lot of Italian TV channels:) We lived on the ground floor, a room with a bolkont that overlooks the patio.
Breakfast (buffet) : mussoli, croissants, toast, cheese, sausage, yogurt, pie, fruit, biscuits. One hot drink at the bar for one person is free. Juices, water in any quantity.

The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful upon our arrival. She provided us a map with circled attractions and gave us the bus line information. Our room was very clean and comfortable. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and will return if ever back in Florence.

I am now available in room. I suggest for single person ask for ground floor room. Safe to leave the staff in room. Hotel is neat and clean. Room is small but we very neat. Staff is very help full. Keen to fulfill the requirement. 1.2 km away from central. Easy walk. Best thing is bicycles are available for free. Althought hotel management did not put any notice. Suggestions made to them. Good location. Very calm. No noises. Good for honey moon period :) Well, I rate them good. I made Mistake by not selecting break fast. Do try their breakfast. Good quality small in quantity.

This hotel has a really nice aura about it and many if not all of the rooms have balconies. Very affordable price… if you take note of all the things that have fees and don't involve yourself in those… our stay ended up being very very expensive. We didn't know there was a charge for late check-in, which is like any time after 11 PM I think. Cost us 20 euros. Couldn't do anything about it because that's just what time the train got there. Wish we had known about that before we booked it. Would've gotten a different hotel. Elevator was turned off at night as well, but when the employee got there to check us in he did help us get the bags up the stairs. Late check out is 10 euros (posted) and breakfast costs quite a bit as well which wasn't posted or told to us before we ate it. However they held our bags for us for a couple of hours after we checked out. Other than the random fees the place was really cute and everything looked nice.

Almost central in quiet area you sleep well unique sin the bathroom small but clean cozy and management almost impeccable I recommend for those who visit Florence also for work there is also parking space guarded.

Your stay at Hotel Panama was excellent! The room was large and clean, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, we even got to ride around Florence on bikes for free! Really lovely and sweet place, would stay again!

Do you Fano pay parking €19 for an evening.

The hotel is good for the price. It's near the station, where it starts. Centre of Florence. Breakfast is OK. What is excellent is the attention and friendliness of the staff, always willing to help us, beyond the language barriers. The rooms are good, very heated.

I accompanied my relatives to this hotel… They are very happy from the reception the hygiene and the kindness of the staff…

Except that it takes 10 minutes to city center by walk, everything is perfect.

Hotel close enough to the center of Florence. That you reach with a walk. Parking is available for a fee. We have never touched the car during the stay.

The house is cramped, the shower is narrow, of course it may be because I'm fat. But the transportation is convenient, the price ratio is comparatively high. Also quiet.

Located nn away from the center clean indeed spotless staff available, only flaw x this nn I put 5 stars that in my room the number 100 you feel the discharge of other rooms and is very Annoying, nn I had breakfast, but I highly recommend.

Good hotel. Really comfortable rooms. A bit far away from the main attractions in Firenze, but still walking distance.

Very clean room. Good location 10min from historical centre. Limited parking but you can easily find to park outside.

OK located hotel. The Infrastructure was little old. Limited parking spaces. Service was OK. Not a choice to repeat.

I stayed here new year's Eve 2014, friendly atmosphere and staff, starting from the Manager. Great rooms, in one word fantastic!

Excellent people, very kind reception and a lot of help from staff. Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is decent. If you absolutely must have the best breakfast town, then look elsewhere. Easy to get in town and much more quiet than a hotel downtown. I would choose this place a second time.

Cosy and family atmosphere. Very attentive.

A very nice place in the outskirts of the city center. The room turned out to be a little flat with 1 room and a bedroom. Clean and perfect. Bike rental was used to see the city and the service was exelent. The hotel got a small yard and is a plesent surprise. You can enjoy your stay and see the city from this place. The food was good value for the price.

Have recently stayed for seven nights at this excellent little hotel, it is ideally situated for exploring Florence. The accommodation and the breakfasts are excellent. The staff are all very helpful and speak good English. We will certainly stay here again when visiting Florence. This is our second stay at this hotel.

We booked through the official Web site for one of the offers. The choice was excellent. The hotel is small and friendly, very warm atmosphere. The owner, Mr. Regis was beyond friendly and came out to meet all our demands. All this made our stay in Florence unforgettable, a beautiful city to visit.

The intake to their a/c must be from their sewers. As soon as we turned it on the entire room smelled like we were living literally in the sewer. I've never experienced anything like it and pray I never will again. Unfortunately we were there during a 3 day heat wave of 100 F weather so we couldn't not use it. When we walked in that first night we killed 3 mosquitoes. You could tell it was going to be bad by the mosquitoe graveyard that is the wall. Why they would want to come into the room that smelled the way it did was beyond me. The next morning I discovered a mosquito carcass on the sheet under where my upper back must have rolled over onto while sleeping. Because I forgot to put the sheets on the floor it was not changed the next day. When we complained they did give us this plug-in mosquito repellent. Not sure how well it worked. The shower door would not stay closed. When showering I had to use one hand to keep it closed otherwise every 5 seconds I had to knock it back closed (it would swing open). That first night I made so much noise showering (the glass and metal would rattle each time I closed it) that the neighbor banged on the wall. I will say though that when we told them about it they fixed it the next day, though not well. When I used it it was fine, but when my fiancée showered and opened the door to step out, it broke again. The walls are thick though, and that is the only time I ever heard a neighbor.
