Great location right next to the tram. The staff were welcoming, check in and check out through the kiosk was quick and easy.

We loved our stay at Croce di Malta. Everyone there was kind and helpful. The room was perfect and had a small balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood.

We had a great stay in your hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Every day good cleaning, enough towels. Every morning a great breakfast. Different variety of coffees.

Grand Hotel Baglioni is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. It is just a short walk from the train station and the popular attractions.

Great room in convenient location! I was pleasantly surprised by the large room with lounging chairs. Also the bathroom had enough room for 2 and a US sized shower!

Very modern, clean place to stay. Many msjor sites are in walking distance. Light rail literally out front. Staff were all very accomodating.

First time in Florence I booked three nights in this Hotel, the outragious position a 10 minute walk and you are at the Duomo and city center.
The hotel offers and awesome breakfast.

Awesome stay but our room had no outdoor light! The room was facing a small closed off alley and we couldn’t open the windows but the fan and airflow was awesome. We slept well with cool air.

Perfect hotel experience! Excellent location. People at the reception were very kind. There are ramps and an elevator. Rooms were great with a mini-fridge and supplies for tea/coffee.

We stayed for two nights here on our tour of Italy and it was lovely. There is a small elevator, but a lot of stairs, so be prepared if you are planning to stay here.

This is my 2nd stay here. It is a fantastic hotel. Everything about it is top notch. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s the cleanest hotel.

We stayed at the Villa Cora in a family room, the room was split level with separate rooms meaning we could all have a good nights sleep. Gifts were given to our boys which was a lovely touch.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the service could be spotty sometimes despite their best intent to help.

Extremely clean and well kept. The bed is so comfortable and the entire staff is amazing, they go above and beyond for their customers and really make you feel at home.

Stayed here in August 2024, and what an amazing hotel. We had a room in one of the lodges in the grounds and it was huge with high ceilings and amazing bathroom.
