Stella d’Italia is truly one of the most special places I’ve ever stayed. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm, thoughtful, and effortlessly attentive.

What a gem of you love boutique hotels. Our room had nice space, high ceilings, comfort and fantastic character which made it like a home.
Breakfast was excellent.

Rooms are not big but spacious enough to fit a few large suitcases, furniture and washrooms felt modern and artsy.

We had 2 reservations one June 2-3 and the other June 3-6. We were upgraded on our second reservation so they moved us to another room on our second day.

Recently stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had an enjoyable experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Stayed here a few times. Great location as just a short walk from the tram stop or train station. Rooms are great with very comfortable beds and showers that have good water pressure.

We stayed for 2 nights here, it was amazing! the room was super clean and cozy, the view from the balcony was amazing, and all the staffs were really friendly and helpful! would totally come back.

What a wonderful experience we had. We were upgraded to a beautiful room which was a bonus. Welcome drink was a blessing after a long day’s travel. We were met by Dario who was very helpful.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Book this room as a last minute trip came together. Served its purpose. Very limited space but was excellent value for the money.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel close to everything in Florence. The staff were all so very helpful, especially our breakfast waitress.

Really nice hotel in a good and quiet location. It is not super near the main tourist attractions, but it was worth the walk to have silence at night.

From check in to departure, the service level we experienced was top notch. Reception staff and the concierge were all very helpful, polite and attentive.

My wife and I stayed here last July. July is the wrong month to visit. It’s way too hot for an enjoyable vacation. The hotel itself is wonderful.

The staff at Hotel L’Orologio was so friendly and helpful! Each time they greeted us with a smile. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The lounge areas were cozy and comfortable as well.

My time at the Sina Villa Medici was magical. As soon as you walked in there is always someone to greet you no matter the time of day or night.

We were guests of this hotel on the last weekend of November, as per title as soon as we entered we were greeted by the staff (Daniele and Cristian) in a very professional way.

We stayed 4 night and enjoyed our stay. The design of rooms, interiors, courtyard and restaurant all reflect Dante’s divine comedy, details are thoughtful.

I wanted something a little different to the standard hotel and this certainly delivered. I stayed in one of the “He’ll” rooms which was fun. Great block out curtains.

Perfect, quiet location that was a little outside the high-traffic, tourist areas, but not too far. There was a laundromat and a small grocery nearby that were very convenient.

Ariele Hotel was lovely. Located outside of the crowded tourist area, but not too far. There was a laundromat a 5-minute walk away which was very convenient and affordable.

Filipo and Sofia were extremely helpful, and made our stay feel like a home away from home.

We stayed here for just one night, because we are in Italy for a wedding. The location was perfect and walking distance to all of the things you want to see in Florence. It was clean and nice.

Location is perfect, so is the personnel and staff. Hotel is located in older building, on the 3rd and 4th floor, what might be challenging to people with compromised mobility.

So happy we chose the Hotel Pendini for our 3 night stay in Florence. We were assigned Room 420 and had a private wooden circular staircase plus a nice terrace with a view of the Duomo and Bell Tower.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Hotel Paris. It is so beautiful, a palazzo, it made me feel like a Medici in Florence. The service is wonderful, special thanks to Vittorio en Etri.

We spent three nights at this hotel. Very impressed with the hotel, the rooms and the service. The buffet breakfast was incredible. Liesl, the host, remembered our names and couldn’t have been nicer.

Our stay at The St. Regis Florence was nothing short of exceptional — truly one of the finest hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

A really nice experience, the room is spacious and the AC works perfectly. The breackfast is great and the staff is very nice (breakfast and front desk).

We stayed at the Residenza Fiorentina for two nights in June, 2024. Really a wonderful stay!

Very clean, kind receptionists, wonderful cleaner lady. Not the besr air circulation but place was spotless and newly renovated. Location was central. We personally prefer harder bed, felt too soft.

Great hotel overall as you can tell it has been newly renovated. There’s a smart TV, great Wi-Fi, and working air conditioning.
