The room was small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was limited. Wifi was excellent and the employees very friendly. The hotel is located in the center of the city close to main sights. There were no free parking lots near the hotel.

The biggest highlight of our stay was kind, welcoming and helpful staff. The room condition was average but slightly smelly room we got. Breakfast was just average if not below. The hotel is appropriately located near downtown with walking distance. You may consider this hotel for only sleeping I can imagine.

We stayed at this 2 star hotel but the rooms are likabil to a 3 star rating. In a favorable position to visit Florence on foot.

Other than being a pain to find, the hotel is very nice, it offers breakfast between 7:30 and 10:00 as well as having a kind and helpful staff who speak English quite well.

If you stay 3 days and are not frightened by 20 minutes walk, I recommend the Florence parking. 60 euros instead of 90 euros for the parking offered by the hotel:)

Central, station not far away, small hotel in ancient structure well furnished excellent value for money kindness of the managers. To recommend.

Clean and conviniently located near historic Center. One star deducted though. It is impossible to controll waiter temperature in the shower.

Good location, nice furnishings.

A very nice little hotel close to all the main tourist areas. The staff were very helpful especially when it came to getting my car valet parked. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and very comfy. Only downside is the breakfast room which gets very busy. The hotel represents fantastic value for money and we would stay again.

We like to stay in this dream hotel. By the family and a very good cook. Full hard run. The guest room is simple and effective organization. Persoanlly I don't like on the floor, but very clean tiles. In SALO and his Harbor Fantsic perspective. Large garden, very fully prepared, and with a beautiful balkony and teracce it.

We were guests of the collodi a few weeks ago… the welcome was great, the strategic location and the delicious rooms.

We stayed in the hotel just 2 nights but we were fully satisfied!
The hotel is just a few metres from Borgo San Lorenzo and a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station and then in the historic center.
The friendly and helpful with every request, made us feel very much at ease!

The room spacious, clean and bright.
The only flaw (but you can really feel this? ) the room rather small and somewhat sacrificed, where you have breakfast, but it wasn't a problem for us, since you arrived before anyone else!
I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful environment.

Good value for money and great location.

A lovely B&B located right off the Mercato Centrale. Quaintly decorated rooms that are clean and secure, and a decent breakfast is provided every morning. The staff are ever helpful, and I had a wonderful stay.

For the third year nice base for our 11 days Florence rediscouvery. A very friendly and helpfull Giovanni and Nadine staff.

We found this hotel via Tripadvisor and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Florence was very busy and crowded, but the hotel was a haven of peace and quiet, and the staff most friendly and helpful, specially Nadine, Thank you very much for everything! She is one of the recepcionist, really professional. We was impressed with the breakfast, We travel often around the world and this hotel was the best one value for money. We could walk to all the places of interest, and the hotel was close enough to the Duomo. The room has everything that you need. I would totally recommend it.

Super friendly and helpful and welcoming staff, very good english. They helped us out with questions before we arrived and during our stay. Languages: owners spoke English at what seemd to be the native level (even though it was not). AC: not settable from room, got a little warm on some nights bathroom: good bathroom, fan a bit loud (duct fan, not bathroom fan), but no biggie Wi-Fi: Perfect Wi-Fi, one access point per room, no code required Location:.

Extremely centrally located small hotel, with wonderful 2 level loft rooms that are great, especially for families with older children. Giovanni and Nadine were readily available and extremely helpful, with excellent English. They were also exceptional at answering email ahead and seemed to take a personal interest in each traveler. Felt like we knew them before we ever arrived~ They were very helpful and supportive about changes in plans we needed to make and also about suggestions for places to eat and directions Rooms were spacious with desk for workspace and good free Wi-Fi availability. Ample continental breakfast, though a bit more limited on choices than other places we stayed in italy A bit pricier than a couple of the other hotels we were originally considering (no free parking a bit unfortunate, but they offered easy and quick valet parking in a garage around the corner for about 22 Euro a day. Overall, not excessively priced and WELL worth it. All of central Firenze is in easy walking distance, so no extra transportation time or cost was needed. Glad we decided to stay an extra night. Pinocchio sits in the lobby. You can't go wrong with a stay here.
